Weaker side stuff than Arkham games is something i expected. Still glad to hear the story missions will deliver.
You're right, but it's also when the crows are eaten, by one side or another and the salt just rains.
Whatever happens in 30 minutes, I just want to say that I love you all.
The point is that Spider-Man is way stronger than Batman. Batman is just a human using gadgets, basically. He can't lift cars and stop trains.
Ban everyone who got the score wrong in the poll. Maybe that will stop those terrible "ban me if" posts.
I've been worried about side content with this game for over a year now. Everything that they bothered to show in previews looked like really run of the mill open world stuff.
It can still survive that hit though. Batman games are still pretty fun despite having some really horrid side quests.

I predicted 81 the other day, purely because that's what Sunset Overdrive is sitting at. Although, in reality, I see this being better received than SO. Still, somewhere in the 80s.

Strength isn't everything? Otherwise how could Batman beat Superman?
It always seemed like a mid 80s MC game anyway. No clue where GOTY/GOTG hype came from. When's the last Insomniac game that did that? No smoke, but they make B-/B/B+ games pretty consistently.
Most of insomniacs prior games are in the 80-85 range...expecting the same for this.

i'm happy with people comparing it to Batman Arkham games since those are my favorite superhero games.
Because Supes holds back.
Spidey is stronger than most heroes, he holds back a lot tho because he doesn't want to kill anyone accidently. The one time he didn't hold back, he beat Fisk in a heartbeat and could have easily killed him if he wanted to.
