For gay people or people in general? Because the spots I know of were used by everyone. Three of which exist on the Northeast side of Vegas; though one is being patrolled more often these days because people have been littering too much.
There's another in the Summerlin area and one out in the Southwest/Blue Diamond area.
Now for gay people specifically, I have no idea, I'm not LGBT and I'd rather not compromise the sanctity of their locales and having their fun ruined because I said some shit to the wrong person and someone snitched.
