So feeling super nostalgic and decided to buy a 'new' win95/dos laptop to replace my old 486 that I lost somewhere in the last 2-3 house moves... do we have an official classic pc OT? I tried searching multiple times but came up empty handed.

How on earth is there no global setting for disabling full-screen 'optimisations', fuck's sake Microsoft.

They haven't improved shit with 1809, turning on game mode still tanked the FPS harder for Grim Dawn during larger mob fights.

Is this a rhythm game?
Yes I have it on N/S and I didn't really like it. I guess one of the issues that I has was how most of the music is in Chinese and while that is not a bad thing by any means im more use to some other rythem games having Japanese music that I am much more familiar and like playing with. I think it also has some Korean songs as well. So the Chinese tracks do make it stand out more.

I'm still hoping that SEGA releases the Project Diva game on Steam because I had a lot of fun playing those were as with this Musynx I didn't have nearly as much fun.

Yeah, it released on Switch/PS4/Vita in June. It's kinda like DJMAX if you've played that?

The PS3 Project Diva titles actually emulate pretty well, if you're fine grabbing a copy and making a backup yourself.

Hopefully WO4 will be better, even if it might have less polish and content than Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate at this point, considering that they at least didn't have to deal with the controversial open world implementation here.

What I meant was, I have the OP on ignore, probably because it's not the first time he posted crap like this topic.

So you're just going to dismiss the points made in the thread as crap? What makes them crap?

Some people apparently are looking for things to be offended by since they wake up, until they go to bed. They probably get offended even when they look in a mirror. :D

So asking for inclusivity or even criticising something for lacking diversity is just people actively looking for something to get offended by and not at all a trend that could benefit from getting challenged? You seem to have a very reductive way to look at things.

Thank for OlliOlli2!

On another note, I just wrapped up Wolfenstein 2. The gameplay is still just okay but the game totally makes up for it with all the the crazy shit that is going down. Totally worth it for all the ridiculous and funny moments.

I'm in the mood for more Bethesda games but I'm having a hard time deciding between Prey and Dishonored 2. I'm leaning towards Prey since it got a lot of praise from SteamEra but I also liked Dishonored 1 quite a lot.

MS doesn't give a shit about how well it works, what's important to them is being able to display their shitty game bar on top of your games. And they can't do that for actual full screen games (unlike everyone else) since that would undermine their UWP story.

I just saw this screenshot for Musou Orochi 3 in the steam forums and the outfits appear to have low-res textures.
Anyone have the PS4 version so we can do a comparison?
I'm tempted to get the PC version but if Koei is using low-res assets again or (edit) using lower LOD models (like some of their previous PC releases) I'm going to get the PS4 version instead.

You can't go wrong with either. I enjoyed Dishonored 2 even more than the original. The level design in that game is just phenomenal, and I really liked that it incorporated Daud's version of blink in Corvo's powers. I still need to play through the entirety of Prey though. Got my Switch not long after I picked up that game and spent the following months chipping away at Zelda. It's a great game in its own right from what I've seen with the main difference being a contiguous world that wants to be explored versus Dishonored's discrete levels. I think Prey would indeed be a good choice since it would be fresher experience, while Dishonored 2 is largely a known (albeit excellent) quantity.

A month! that's a really long time.

A couple of days would be enough. :)
There were users exploiting the system, so the mods changed it, but for how it is now, it's pretty much useless. It's not that people are costantly giving away 70€ games, 90% of users just toss spares on Giftbot, it was a nice way to get titles you missed and give away your stuff.
Personally now I just give my spares to people on my friend list, from time to time I also use Steamgift, I also posted a couple of codes in clear in the FREE TO GO HOME thread but I won't use Giftbot anymore, it breaks too often and I simply don't like how it works.

Unrelated, I wonder when we'll get another Namco Bandai Humble Bundle. Those games are constantly on sale, on Voidu you can get the Prince Edition for ni No Kuni 2 for 26€ and not a single dlc released yet, Dragon Ball FighterZ Ultimate is like 36€, Naruto to Boruto Deluxe 37€ etc (not sure what the deluxe contains, if season pass/dlcs or whatever).
Also from time to time we get a Bandai title in the Monthly, but it has been a while they didn't bundle their games in a specific bundle.

One of the great things about Assassin's Creed going this far back into history is that it opens up other very intriguing settings for games. You could have a game set in Persia during Alexander's conquests, or one in Rome during the Second Punic War. Those would be great settings to wander around in.

As much as I'd like to see the long promised modern day setting, one of the big appeals for me is that historical tourism aspect.
