Nah the anime ends with not just one pillar but 7 of them with Deku, Todo, and Bakugo being the big three. The last scene is Deku vs Kacchan being teased and it ends Rocky 3 style of them about to punch each other

As their attacks collide they both lose an arm and rekindle the friendship from their childhood. Ochako shows up calls them a bunch of idiots, heals their wounds, and Aizawa can be seen in the distance saying how much he loves his students.

Some time passes by and as Deku and Bakugo are walking down the school hallways they give each other a high five.

Roll credits.

Nah you find out years later from bakugo's bastard that Deku actually lost that match then they ate Italian food together. Bakugo died at the hands of a Russian villain that took Deku to his limits after he gave OfA to an a quirkless girl

I really want Katsuki to apologize for telling Izuku to kill himself.

I can suspend my disbelief around Bakugo not having any real consequences for him constantly being an asshole, but man, that still pisses me off.

In my heart of hearts, I just need a scene where the two hug.

At this point in the story, I don't think either of them remembers that.

If we're all guessing endgame ...

I'm going to spoiler tag mine, since I think I may be taking this a bit more seriously than some of the other posts:

Stolen quirk theory is true. Deku was born with a quirk, but it was stolen before he knew he had it.

The League of Villains has Deku's blood. At some point, they will learn how One for All works, and create a scenario where Deku has to give One for All to Shigaraki to save someone's life. He'll will it to him on an instinctual level, because he's Deku.

With One for All, Shigaraki becomes the Symbol of Terror - using his newfound power to lay waste to Japan, fulfilling his goal of showing the world how unsafe they actually are.

At some point, they learn about children whose quirks were stolen as pre-schoolers, including Deku. They also find a way to re-activate stolen quirks.

Since this anime embraces shonen tropes, I think I know what Deku's true quirk will be - the ability to "learn" new quirks by getting to know their users - a literal "power of friendship." This also plays in with the "I Can Do It" definition of "Dekiru" that Deku draws his name from.

The final battle is Shigaraki using One for All vs Deku using his quirk mimicking power of friendship - an inversion of the All Might vs All for One fight

I know. I'm sure Katsuki's said that kind of thing dozens of times. I just want an overarching apology - them being proper rivals and Bakugo respecting him more doesn't cut it. But I'm aware that Bakugo's an exaggerated, cartoonish bully and the series is still about superpowered high schoolers, so I'm probably bringing too much of myself into this.

Bakugo hasn't just been an ass to Deku. It's his entire existence. Todoroki didn't acknowledge how much of an ass he was during the school festival 1v1 tournament, so he decided to stomp into his waiting room, get in his face, kick over the table, talk about how he didn't care about his past circumstances, etc.

And him crying and "letting it out" has been done several times, his bullying Midoriya into fighting him in this season's penultimate episode wasn't the first. He did the exact same thing when he was paired up with Deku to go against All Might.

He's kinda irredeemable.

I like some parts of this but other parts are meh.

stolen quirk theory is ACES as well as Midoriya having his OFA taken and given to Shigaraki, however, Id rather itd be extended to be something like OFA + AFO combined into some ultra quirk. Rest of the stuff, the quirk you give him, reactivating stolen quirks, is on the more meh side. Quirk is taken it should just be gone forever, blood part is also pretty out there.

My fanfic quirk idea is kinda a rip off of big mom from one piece

Ability to create and give souls to non living things

Diffrence between big mom is you don't have control over real souls so you can't take a diffrent persons soul

Only create and manipulate the things you give souls to

Just finished the first season. Man, that's one ugly show. The character design is just abysmal ( except for Deku, Ura and All Might), and the backgrounds are lazy sketchfab trash. The story is very simple, but the fights are exciting enough and All Might steals every scene he's in. The last fight was great. Will watch more.

The weirdest thing about how powers work in this series is how "biological" they are. Since they're born with them and all. Like how Aoyama's lasers give him a stomach ache and Kaminari's electricity frys his brain. And how Momo needs to eat food to so her body has more lipids or something like that. Even Aizawa's quirk has his eyes drying out if he uses them for too long. It's all very interesting.

the backgrounds and even the foregrounds IMO are pretty lackluster most of the the time, and almost distracting.

Shigs is getting AfO and Deku will be at 100% OfA. The last fight between them will have a quirkless girl run out to protect Deku and Shiggy will flash back to his childhood and in that second Deku will remember why he fights and beats the shit out of Shiggy. Then we find out that Deku is telling her everything a few years later. He's been training her handle it OfA. The series ends with him offering "eat this"

Because Roshi has had more hits than misses.

In the last arc in Super he even trained to suppress his horn dog antics so that he could take the tournament seriously, which resulted in a legitimately touching moment where Goku is in actual tears fearing he lost the closest thing he ever had to a father.

Roshi gets serious when he needs to, something that never happens with Mineta.

Lol hey... don't make me expose Roshi. I got gifs of him being incredibly inappropriate. He's not a total perv. He has cool moments but yikes... Dragonball has him doing crazy stuff.

Grape Rush had his serious moment. Lol

Am I alone in thinking that giving Roshi serious moments makes him worse, not better? Having a perv "comedy" character is bad enough, but now they're giving him important plot moments that you gotta sit through too?

Could also go the route of there being a darker side of OfA that consumes Deku (think Kyuubi Chakra or something similar) and Bakugo has to snap him out of it.
The dark side of OfA is that no one gets a happy ending.

Oh yeah, its speculated AfO's doctor is really the guy who took his quirk. But as a new manga reader, I am really not sure if I can speculate cause I would be using a future plot point in conjecture with the doctor stealimg his quirk, and that in itself would open another whole separate discussion of speculation in a reallt roundabout way. I thinkanga readers can put 2 and 2 together. In anycase, if a hypothetical quirk was stolen, my best guess would be that Deku was really meant to have a Regen Power. I don't see them keeping him damaged forever, however I don't see them giving him unlimited healing. Like he can heal his wounds but not go beyond his limits, so he can start freely using OfA more and more, but going too far would create unrepairable damage as his body would be deteriorating too fast for his secondary quirk to catch up to.

Beep beep, UK cinema tickets for the movie went on sale today, and it looks like the range of cinemas for this release is larger than normal.
