Well, I saw "Arrival of a train at La Ciotat" (1895) but I am not sure it qualifies (as it is 45 seconds long).

Other than that, I guess it is "The Kid" by Charlie Chaplin (1921)

Well ofcourse ive seen parts of older stuff but the oldest full lenght movie I could remember is probably the Disney Snow White from 1937.

Full movies, or do short films also count? In either case, probably one from 189x something. Oldest that I actually own is from a Buster Keaton short (1917) and also from Keaton, Sherlock Jr. (1924).

Metropolis, because we played a musical piece inspired by the film in our orchestra and I wanted to know what it's all about and I was kind of on a classic SciFi trip.

Oldest feature-length film that's coming to mind is Buster Keaton's Our Hospitality, which released in 1923.

Edit: Oh for some reason, I thought Nosferatu was released in the mid-late 20s. Yeah, that's the oldest movie I've seen. 1922.
