Philly also I was pretty poor growing up also thought of brisket as the rich man bbq....I don't even know if that is true lol.
Dude my grandma used to take a big ole' hunk of brisket and slow roast it for a day then shred it and make it into enough burritos to feed us for an entire three months, we was poor as fuck growing up. BBQ is the "this hunk of meat is otherwise unusable so sell it for cheap" meat.

BBQ Brisket Nachos are the best. I just had some from Puckett's the other day. Fucking. Incredible.
I can walk out of my building and smell BBQ nearly 24 hours of the day if the wind is blowing the right direction. Makes me hungry every time. KC for the win.
