There will definitely be suits filed. I imagine the Abrams campaign will lead them.
As I said earlier, I'm not optimistic they'll find evidence of more than the usual GOP shenanigans here as the map looks the same as 2016 with Abrams getting more votes overall than Clinton (with being black and far more liberal on gun control etc.). They should investigate and sue the hell out of them in any case to try to change it so we never have this situation of a candidate overseeing their own election again in any case. It's not something that should require evidence of tampering/suppression to do away with as it should just plain be illegal.
Abrams has already taken Kemp to court before and won. Lawsuits are coming, likely even if things somehow turn in her favor with these leftover ballots.

Between this and deleting the the 2016 voting data, he's definitely guilty of corruption and not fit to be governor, but this is a fucking Republican state so I have no hope for anything to get done right. I honestly hate it here whenever I consider politics to even the slightest degree.
