For what I know the editorial said it's continuing, but the latest chapters make it pretty obvious it only has one or two arcs left.

Hunter x Hunter hiatus ending in January

I'm hoping he sticks with a few weeks on, a few weeks off approach to delivering the manga. At least we'll get substantial content!
20 - 30 chapters a year would be a dream.
Enough content yearly for a 12 episode anime season a year would be AMAZING.

I stopped at the begining of the Dark Continent Expedition arc in... 2012, decided to read it once it's done. Didn't know it was now a little more than 5 years ago.
I'd honestly hope they wait until the boat section of this arc ends and I'm guessing we still have several volumes worth of material for that unless something really drastic happens to speed things alone.
I have read Berserk twice. It hasn't bothered me so far. I actually needed a good refresher. HxH is probably going to be the same way. I don't think the fanbase lets it detract that much from the experience. As long as there's other shit to do and read life goes on.
HxH has been phenomenal since it's return, especially the
Hisoka vs Chrollo fight
It's hard not to be drawn back in.
Beserk I marathoned a few years ago and honestly have forgotten a lot of it so haven't bothered keeping up. It's due a re-read sometime soon.
I honestly prefer how Berserk and HxH release chunks at a time instead of being left in limbo for years at a time like I am with some long running novel based series like A Song of Ice and Fire. We might not get nearly as much as we want but at least we're getting releases every year now.
I got no issues dealing with HxH's hiatuses, because I find the quality of the manga to simply be excellent. There is no on-going manga series that I enjoy reading more than HxH. I will always be patiently waiting for more chapters.
Also, I've made peace with the fact that I may not live to see the end of HxH lol. But even in it's current form, HxH would still be my favorite manga of all time.

I havent read anything since Gon met up with Ging for the first time. I'm saving this shit up for a rainy ass day.

I think that's the point in part. Kurapika is basically pushing himself to the absolute breaking point in the most extreme of situations possible.
This arc has been extremely dense with dialogue and data dumps, but I have found the events being extrapolated to be extremely interesting. I read manga pretty slowly, so it can take me a minute to get through some of these chapters, but I really love all the detail.
I feel like you're the kind of guy who complains when a 180lb wrestler wins in a match against a 220lb one. :P It's a cartoon, they have superpowers.
It's as good as ever and sells as good as ever (which is a lot). Foh
Well togashi addressed the fact that he was not going to he able to complete the manga, so I wonder if this hiatus will also include him trying to find a better way to make the manga, or finding someone he trusts to draw it for him
I didn't suffer through 10 years of ant arc vomit for it to end now that an amazing arc started.

Think it was 10 chapters so one volume. Though it was the shortest hiatus ever so maybe we can start getting two volumes a year lol
