Well... um... yeah. It took a LOT of effort that I normally wouldn't bother with for any other friggin game. Need to be much more careful now though. Apparently just about any screenshotting tool that uses DLL injectors is a huge no-no.
The LOD on some of those statues. Works of art in progress, no doubt :)
It's Ubi, what did you expect? You know they gonna release 7-10 patches the first two months...and sadly it will never get fixed.

Has it ever been said why the Special Edition is more demanding than regular version?
I remember pulling those number on my old gpu in no time. I figured that on GTX 1080 TI it should run on at least 400 fps in that resolution.
One of these days I will have to install both versions and compare on my GTX 1060.

Pause camera and HUD toggle with GeDoSaTo v0.21.2136. The game is a crash-fest with GeDoSaTo as I don't think it handles full screen resolution changes very well. Read the notes in the CE Table "Table Extras" for some things to try and reduce/stop it from crashing.

I also have it completely maxed out. 8x MSAA, highest detail settings, etc. If I dropped that down, I'm confident I can push that FPS counter higher.

Anyways, someone recently posted a thread about Dead Space 2 so I had to go back and dig out my screenshots. I still have my ~5K originals so I figured I'd downsample them to something closer to my native resolution. Still looks alright, this game,

Don't like how some people here post these giant portrait shots where you need to scroll to see it completely. Though, putting these screenshots into a quote makes them way too small. Valve pls fix.

Agreed. I thought that as well but didn't like the shrinking effect that happens when images are put in quotes. It would be nice if they resized properly to fit the width. Until that can be fixed (if it can?) maybe only posting one portrait shot at a time would work better? It would be about the same size as two landscape shots.
I fixed the portrait issue with my own CSS. Kputt's quote up there looks just like it did on the old site for me.

Yeah and i've heard really bad things about this game but i guess people will just rant beacuse EA / Dice wanted some microtransactions in the game. Anyway how is the story mode in the game ?
