Just binged S4 over the last 5 days or so and holy shit what a ride. I'm almost afraid to go back and rewatch the first season. How did this become so good. Mack's stuff was very emotional. Can Fitz get a break this season?

Clark Gregg On If The Avengers Will Ever Learn Coulson Lives
"It is an ever-present theme," Gregg says. "It's really touching to me how much the fans stay obsessed with the idea of when the Avengers are going to learn Coulson's alive. It's something that...I don't know, I find that so touching! I think the Avengers have moved on, they're busy.

'Agents Of SHIELD': Clark Gregg Teases Coulson's Debt To Ghost Rider
"What I would say is the deal he made with Ghost Rider at the end of season four, that debt will come due at some point and I think it just raises the stakes on everything going forward," Gregg said.

This is interesting. It's a tease of something happening in the premiere. And it has me very excited if it means what I think it means.

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Mega Buzz: An Important Element You Thought Was Gone Returns

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is getting a pretty awesome makeover this year, given that almost all of its characters have been mysteriously transported onto a deadly spaceship. The how's and why's of this new dilemma will be answered in the premiere, but the big thing we're talking about will be the return of a major element from Season 4.

Something you probably thought we'd left in the rearview after Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team defeated Aida (Mallory Jansen) will make its return in the second hour of the premiere, and it plays an integral role in explaining the biggest questions of the season — what the heck happened and why are the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. involved?

This surprising return is made possible by a new character named Deke (Jeff Ward), so we encourage you to keep your eye on him as the season progresses. Something tells us he's either going to be the team's saving grace or the cause of their demise.

Please be
the Framework.

We still have Vijay in his cocoon at the bottom of the sea and the mad Russian loose as well among the unresolved Season 4 questions, no?

The framework wasn't an advanced virtual reality, it was an actual parallel dimension and the team will discover another way in, or something like that.

I'd love to see what Sif if up to, though if they couldn't schedule around her for the movie I doubt they'd be able to for a TV guest appearance. Like - Hey, Sif, what are you doing in this derelict storage room on this abandoned spaceship? Looks like you've had a rough year!

It would be nice to give Sif some kind of "end" to her arc from a viewer's perspective. Let her live on, but let us see
the emotions she goes through from dealing with the loss of the Warriors Three (nice little tie-in to Ragnarok too)
and make a night scene at the beach with her sitting on a stone with her back to the camera, giving us one last stare above her shoulder and end the episode there. Likewise with Deathlok, we never gonna see this guy again anyway.

Well, Ragnarok was filmed in Australia, so that'd make scheduling quite difficult.

So two questions:
There is no any break for this season, right?
Also, will this season end before IW?

I can't see they will do a tie-in for BP because it is set in Wakanda. But it will hard to ignore IW if the show is still airing at that time.

My guess..
Radcliffe is alive. When he disappeared he wasnt deleted but he exited the Framework into a new body.

Trying to remember, did we get a vanished Tripp scene, to go with all those other people? Know we didn't get a Ward one.

So the season is kinda shaking out like this:

Tonight: Episodes 1 and 2
Dec. 8: Episode 3
Dec. 15: Episode 4
Jan. 5?: Episode 5
Jan. 12?: Episode 6
Jan. 19?: Episode 7
Jan. 26?: Episode 8
Feb. 2?: Episode 9
Feb. 9?: Episode 10
Feb. 16?: Episode 11
Feb. 23?: Episode 12 (100th episode overall, finale of first story pod)

The Winter Olympics run Feb. 9 to 25, though, so I wonder if they'll take a break after Feb. 2 and come back March 2, or if they'll double up episodes for a few weeks to get through Episode 12 by Feb. 2. Or maybe they'll just run right through the Olympics, ratings be damned! Who knows.
