Yea I'm pretty sure they did the same thing before sat 2 dropped.

Also I'm late but the new cyhi &krit is very dope. Been playing the title track from cyhi's project non stop

Well if patterns are anything to go by people have been saying the albums have always dropped the same week of cover art and track list. So. Who knows what could happen to tomorrow night.

Cyhi the Prince album dope, breh was spitting, so many memorable lines... Great bars, but if his beat selection and hook game were just a bit better it'd be near perfect.

Kevin Abstract was saying (trolling?? I hope so) the album is gonna have dance vibe to it. If that's the case unfortunately I'll be looking forward to the demos more. I need more HEAT and STAR.

Here's hoping.

What's everyone top 5 brockhampton? I'll admit I haven't listened to every track from sat 2 but from that:

1. Cash
2. Bump
3. Gold
4. Trip
5. Swamp

I love Metro but Big Sean is just boring as fuck. He's always sounded like a shit 2003 rapper. Unless this thread starts popping around that album it isn't getting a listen from me.

And fuuuuck Pitchfork just like Hopsin on fire this morning with their review lmao

Big Sean and Metro is actually like a perfect pairing, breh can really rap, he just doesn't know how to make albums.

Not being sarcastic at all. Sean is great over trap beats, listen to the Mike Will openers. Breh is a common pronoun, pronouns are used quite often in daily speech. Why are y'all buggin over commonly used pronouns?

What the hell does a Kanye West beat sound like in 2017? Do y'all consider the beats on his last 3 solo albums to be Kanye's work? I love the maximalist sound and extensive collaboration he's been doing with his own music, but other people's songs "produced by Kanye West" doesn't mean a damn thing to me today.

Queer Star Boys Toyko Trip

And yea if the beats we're a bit better on cyhi it'd be flawless

Also the best tracks off Sean's last project imo we're produced by metro so I'm cautiously optimistic

That's the funny thing Vorheez and I listen to about 80 percent of the same shit, write similarly, and still argue all day long lol

Mindbender?

Drake has been a fan and supporter of the battle scene for a very long time, but IIRC he only got into it as a fan and never was the most involved until he got his career poppin'. He showed and put money up for Dizaster vs. DNA, which is a classic battle and I think Math Hoffa vs. Pat Stay too (He's an insecure little bitch, soft, emo / Wears a hat every day because he's bald, chemo), skipped the Grammies for KOTD's Blackout 5 event (which he also financed a good part of), showed up to URL's NOME 5 where he had that face-off with Mook, etc. This article sums up his history fairly well, although it's incomplete as it's an old article.

Also, shameless plug for the battle rap thread.
That's him lol. Bender is.... something else.

Too much Eminem music, and it would prolly suck too but it's got a way better list of features than the tracklist they put out earlier

Redman alone....

If that was the actual screenshot I could actually see a reason for Em fans to get hyped lol. Whoever created it should've slid Conway and Westside Gunn for ult trollage.

Glad to see Redman getting more guest appearances. He was dope on the Wu Tang album. That 2nd discs looks on paper a lot better than the first disc's tracklisting. Hope that record with Em is as good as Off The Wall from the Nutty Professor soundtrack. I loved that track.

Funny ass interview of Redman hearing Eminem's story about seeing Redman's house the first time in New Jersey.

Was watching this and he mentioned the song Siracha and man this song is awful lmao

This reaction is hilarious

Try and bite, like a razor in a candy apple
A taser in a jammy, tackled
By a neighbor with the family shackles
Laboring a man he's gaffled

lmao
