I guess this gives me time for P4 Arena and Child of Eden, but I sure wish that Wolverine game and Ninja Gaiden 2 came to BC. Sending my hopes for next year...

I did my part too, but only Konami game which we get on BC is MGR, no? It's totally awesome, that we got MGR and that gave me hope that will see MGS HD collection soon, now, I guess not....

Burnout Revenge is the game I have been hoping for ever since backwards compatibility was announced.

That sucks, but I'm so glad SA2 was one of their last releases of the year.
Deadly Premonition last month was huge for me with this program. I'm content for 2017.

There are a few other konami games on the BC most of them I think are arcade games

I'm glad they told us, I wonder if anyone can remember or has a list of what the releases were like in december/january last year. To get a clue when we might expect something.

So this is weird. Persona 4 Arena was $29.99 (canada store) last week, now it's 14.99 but I don't see a sale. It just dropped in price, maybe permanently? Sweet.
Still waiting on Crackdown BC. If it came out now, I'd play it over Xmas, but if it comes out at the same time as CD3, then I might not bother (for a while).
Yeah I feel like they're maybe holding it for a pre-order bonus or something but I think they would be better served to put it out sooner rather than later to help build hype.
Totally agree. I'd play them now if I could or if they become BC the same time as 3 comes out then I will take my time playing them and will end up buying 3 later down the road on sale rather than day one at full price.
I supposed I could dust off my 360. I bought both games digitally a while back in hopes they'd become BC sooner than later.
Just finished a play through of Mass Effect 1 from the start via backwards compatibility and immediately started ME2.
What a great feature and what an amazing year. Between the ever increasing library, the OG Xbox games and the Xbox One X enhancements, the BC team has over delivered. Well done.

Yeah Capcom seem to be the worst when it comes to not letting MS make 360 titles BC because they all they are seemingly capable of doing these days is nothing but re-releasing their entire back catalogue over and over again. I'm convinced the only reason we got USF4 is because Sony paid for the PS4 port exclusive so they thought "Fuck it, might as well make it BC".

I'm not buying this again on Xbox since I own the 360 one and was hoping they'd just make it back compat.
For Capcom games I'm waiting on, that leaves the SF3, Darkstalkers, and Marvel fighter collections. Wonder if they're ever going to do anything with those.

I will let them off for the RE games as they actually improved them. I'm a sucker for 60fps so was actually ok with double dipping on the RE games to get a better experience.
The PS2 DMC games have always been 60fps though, and the "HD" collection on last gen was as barebones as it comes, so unless they are going to put some actual effort into this second HD collection then it just comes across as the latest desperate cheap cash grab.
They're gonna have to make the most of it this gen because unless Sony/MS are insane their next consoles will be fully backwards compatible.
Do you think the Sega GT 2002/JSRF will be supported down the line? My local CeX has two copies for 10 bucks each, and it is really tempting!

I'd feel a lot safer buying each of those separately tbh. I could see that bundle not working even in a situation where each of the separate games do. Plus each is probably a licensing nightmare (cars in Sega GT, music in JSRF), so the odds on both becoming BC seems tiny. I can see JSRF making it at some point, but if Forza games aren't managing to make it, Sega GT seems like a pretty lost cause.

Cool but that also means fewer new BC titles will be announced if they are working on enhancing existing ones
