Yeah this is why I'm a little down about the deal happening, though who's to say what Comcast would do with them. I mean the way that Gambit film is pitched is really cool but yet another example of a movie that won't fly with MCU Disney.

I finished Punisher last night and damn, that's probably one of the best MCU Netflix shows. Top 3 at the very least. It surprised me, cause I wasn't looking forward to it at all.
Same, it was nice after getting the second half of Luke Cage, Iron-Fist and Defenders.
I agree with you and I'd add the back half of DD s2 as well. It's saddening for me to acknowledge, but I haven't really liked the Netflix shows for almost two years.

Growing up reading comics I never understood what those things on his head were, I thought at one point they must be filled with his hair and that's why it was the same shape.

I need to finish Punisher soon too. But I'm taking it nice and slow. So far it's certainly some of the absolute best we've gotten from the MCU in general.

My friend is working on that Spider-Man animated movie as an animator. I hope some of his stuff makes it into the trailer (or whatever they're showing).

That's cool. This movie has been in production for like 2 years. Must have been rough. Hope what ever he did makes it in.

Spider-Gwen is just Marvel being stupid. She's Spider-Woman in the books but obviously there's already a Spider-Woman so they used a pun for the title of her book. I'm not even sure where it started but it makes no sense.
I'm guessing Marvel has plans for Spider Woman in the animated movie thing. Because Ghost Spider doesn't make sense for merch...
Long hair Carol works for skintight costume fashion model catwalk Carol but imo it just looks weird with he new costume. Before having that much yellow on a black dominant costume set off with the symbol and added more visual flair to he powers.
But more often than not it just looks too much with her current look, and out of place with the much more professional look of the outfit that has a lot more gold and similarly saturated colors. Few artists can pull it off imo.

It's ok. Looking through artwork for her I've come to realize that a lot of artists struggle with her reguardless of hair length.
I do think that the shorter hair can work well/better for more stylized artwork and nailing those SuperMan like poses though.
Maybe her new costume isn't as good as I thought.

I thought it was an in-joke that the fans started calling her since she was only meant to be a one off character in Spider-Verse.
Just imagine DC making a Batman comic with Dick Grayson under the cowl and calling it Dickbats LOL
We laugh, but it would probably end up charting number 1 due to the name alone.
I think I like moderately short-haired Carol with her current costume. That being said, I always liked her look in this run

I honestly think that eventually she can get a spin off or be part of the Avengers/Ultimates or something.
It's known from set photos yes, but I'm not taking chances if somebody's gonna be sensitive to it being a spoiler or not. If you ask me, it's not a spoiler.
