Looks like both Fury and Wilder ducked Joshua, after the AJ vs Miller announcement, Fury signs for Top Rank / ESPN ending hopes of the Wilder rematch. Warren says he doesn't "give a shit about Wilder"

Wilder to complete a Stiverne trilogy?

lmao Eubank playing the heel and getting a point deducted for a 'spinebuster' as Mauro calls it

Fury never ducked anyone.

Team Fury and Wilder have both ducked a two fight deal with Joshua, but at least Fury had the common courtesy to tell Hearn to fuck off with his duck. Team Wilder still refusing to talk to Hearn, even after his latest offer for Wilder to fight Breazeale, Whyte or Kownacki for $15 m, then fight Joshua in the USA for 60/40, followed by a rematch in UK for an even split.

That's an insane offer for a shit boxer like Wilder, but according to his team it's an offer not worthy of a reply - and Hearn should stop sending them offers.

Heavyweight world titleholder Deontay Wilder, managers Shelly Finkel and Al Haymon, promoter Lou DiBella and DAZN executive chairman John Skipper, and members of his staff, met on Tuesday in New York to discuss a deal that could bring Wilder to the streaming service and include an undisputed title fight against Anthony Joshua in the fall.

Probably for the best. I'm skeptical that a rematch with Fury would go Deontay's way. Might as well get the biggest fight done while it's hot.

Team Wilder say they have a lot to think about after receiving a three fight deal from DAZN.

Dominic Breazeale ($20m)
Anthony Joshua ($40m)
Anthony Joshua Rematch ($40m)

What's to think about? Fucking $100m guaranteed. One face. One champion.

There was a press conference already scheduled for next week to announce the Breazele fight. They've got to confirm it on DAZN if they seriously want Joshua, but what if they don't, will people still believe Joshua and Hearn to be the ones ducking, even after Hearn stepped back from negotiations because Team Wilder wouldn't talk to him for his "disrespect" ?

I've said from day dot Wilder does not want the Joshua fight.

Spence vs Garcia. Who have people got for this?

I like Mikey but I just can't see him being big enough. Spence is a huge WW and I see him stopping Mikey late. His a great body puncher and I think they will really take their toll on the smaller guy.
I got Mikey winning by UD.

I'd like to think it's closer than the bookies have it, but good big guy beats great small guy makes sense. Should be one of the most competitive fights of the year either way

Whether Wilder signs with Dazn or not has nothing to do with wanting the Joshua fight.

More like great big guy beats great small guy. If Spence was just good, I'd pick Garcia all day.

I'm curious to see how much respect Spence gives Garcia early. I think he probably wins a wide decision but he could possibly get a late TKO if he continually ratchets up the intensity.

I'd be more hyped if I wasn't convinced Spence will win in fairly straightforward fashion.

Tough one to call. I think Garcia might have the technical edge, but can't go against Spence.

A good bigger man usually beats a good smaller man.

The size difference is pretty much the story of this fight. Spence is too technically sound and too big for Garcia to overcome. Hopefully we can get an Spence/Crawford fight.

Spence isn't necessarily too strong, but he has the reach and is using it. Garcia just can't get anything going. The only real question is whether spence will pick it up to finish him or cruise by on the scorecards.

The ITV commentary might as well not be there.
