Would people be interested in a Destiny Classic?
Ehh, I like it a lot better back the when it was super hard. I'd definitely like to check it out because I forgot most of the leveling systems. Still, overall, I think no. I'd just like to check it out, not stay there. Dat music tho, and dinklebot....

Too late. I already read your post. And what a match it would have been to see shark argue with someone like Carolina Reaper. This pay-per-view is now dead in the water.
coolguy claims it's hidden "persistence" perk IIRC.
After one day...OMG I love Luna's Howl. It just wins every engagement. It never misses in the air. The hit box is the size of a house. My average KD's like .5 above usual in the matches I've used it.
I guess I'm gonna miss it when it's nerfed. But after spending months complaining about it, I get it. It really is a notch above everything else, like setting the crucible slider to easy.
EDIT: Holy shit, I worked it out. I put up a 1.84 over 15 matches this evening. I'm normally like a 1.03 player.

yup.
it's still going to be the best hc anyway (and therefore PVP weapon period of course) on console after nerf, 100% guaranteed.
i guess service revolver could compete if you think a kill clip-procced .67 ttk beats a .80 (only requiring 2crits) all the time. no way that's true though.
Service Revolver sounds like a BB gun & doesn't have a hitbox the size of a monster truck tire. I don't really care for it. I guess I could learn to like one with the right roll, but if I want to run a 180 in the kinetic slot, I'm usually going with Malfeasance or West of Sunfall (which still has the highest aim assist of any 180, even Not Forgotten).
I could use some help with Chasm of Screams for Thorn and the Whisper mission.
I haven't run any D2 raids, it would be nice to get one or two done.
Only trouble is I'm in the UK and can only be on at GMT-friendly times, so don't worry about it if that doesn't work.

Actually it could still be next season - they said there is more beyond the TWAB.
I would be legitimately surprised if Recluse makes it into next season unchanged. It's best in slot for .ttk in the Crucible and darn near best in slot for PVE with the Master of Arms perk active. The perk needs to be toned down a little bit (but not made useless - it is still a pinnacle reward).
I'm a Destiny veteran from 1 and 2 vanilla that just got back into the game, currently going through the forsaken campaign. I'll take any help i can get, I need it all. (I have raided in the past and i would say I'm decent in crucible, probably like 2.something k/d?) I'll start hitting higher power lvls sometime in the next week? Not sure how fast that takes nowadays.
Also, a general question, i'm trying to get as much stuff done as possible before reset, and i don't know if i should focus on iron banner(possible to get all the bounties done at 450 or 500ish power? Or just forget it? I still curse the rng that prevented from getting the full samurai set from season1) or should i try to do that once in 3 weeks story thing?(visit? Not sure what it was called) It's kinda weird for me jumping into that stuff having missed all up til now, should i just watch the other weeks on youtube?

Ye, i kinda figured. I assume many will be at around 600 power because of the burden? If i get to 550ish? Would it be doable? I'll probably just do some matches to get the shaders and call it. I would do the milestones you can, and work on Forsaken campaign to unlock Dreaming City since you can get even more power drops from there. Reset is in 24 hours so come Tuesday there will be a whole new batch of milestones for you to get for power drops.
Iron Banner guns are cheeks, Iron Banner armor looks dookie (Warlock Chest only good looking one), if you want to get that ghastly Iron Ruby shader try to get a random armor drop from IB if you must then bounce

Lol, well yea, warlock chest is the best one for sure, hunter cloak is aiiit too? My highest lvl and main? Titan... i already have smg fusion pulse and auto rifle from vanilla IB. Only want the shader for completions sake, I just feel bad i missed some much better banner shades and armors since ive been gone(i assume).

"A-Cups and flat butts" is the overreaching response to too many games of women having ginormous breasts in the past. Big butts have never really been an issue in games, but I won't complain if more of them show up. And yes, Sloane is the only woman in Destiny packing any kind of heat in the trunk in this game.
LOL, no worries. As Demi mentioned, forget IB for now and focus on doing all the weekly milestones (reset day is Tuesday still) and go through all the Forsaken story content. PArt of your milestones will be going through Gambit which can get you some pretty good weapons like Trust, Bad Omens and Bygones, which are all great weapons to use.
So tomorrow night 8pm BST for Whisper and Thorn Quest would work? I'll see if I can grab you some help in discord once you confirm.
SoS might be tough to get a group for, but....

What part of the TLW quest are you on that you need help with? Also, are you around 690 ll to run the OP quest?

Okay, we can throw SoS out. TLW I am a total noob on. Haven't run it once. Haven't watched all of the encounters from start to finish either, so it would pretty much be a fresh run.
I'll have go grind a few more engrams on my Titan to hit 690, so I won't be ready right away to run that.
Sat night a good time for a run? I can try to get a group together for like 9pm est.
I usually get on a few hours later, but we'll probably have better luck starting around 9pm est, lol.
It's actually 'only' 250 kills but that's still bad enough. I tried to start working on it yesterday but most of the maps in D2 don't work well for the Jade. Midtown is the only map where it can work really well if you don't get sniped first.
Damn, this guy went up against spectral, Not Forgotten & Wardcliffe with a Jack/Queen/King & delivered an absolute asskicking. Made three different people quit.
It's the worst, just a no-skill lucky bodyshot kill machine. The only thing in Crucible that makes me salty these days, watching some guy go for 20+ blind-firing it down hallways.
I wouldn't say that. Cammy says Bite of the Fox is his favourite sniper in the game.
I think Orewing is your best choice if you want a legendary energy slot breach load gl.
Roar of the Bear is an aggressive frame that can get some pretty good rolls - tracking/kill clip, etc. I was doing 999,999 damage with one to the Reckoning knights.
Crimil's Dagger is weird, on paper it's a second-rate Duke. But it feels really good (and I like how it looks & sounds better), I use it a lot to stomp in PvE when I feel like some variety. And like I was saying that rangefinder vendor roll is good, I was pegging guys off from B on Vostok at scout rifle range yesterday.
Definitely not true. I did my catalyst in like 15 matches in rumble.
Take it from a guy with thousands of Crucible kills on his Jade Rabbit counter, if you're dedicated there are 2-3 lanes on every map where it's very viable, even Gambler's Ruin. It's even good in midrange once you get used to it - just use something that improves the ADS speed like Ophidians or scout dex boots.
Remember that it shoots as fast as the 2nd fastest hand cannon archetype but with no ghost bullets, and has a better TTK than a Trust or Bygones. It out-duels tons of stuff. You just need to pair it with a side piece you can rely on to defend you when people get in close, its hip fire accuracy is terrible.
And insta-bail when you hear that Luna's Howl noise from the guy shooting straight at you, unless you're outside its range dropoff...in which case stand there and laugh like a Punch Out villain as you peg the meta sweatlord off.

You're right, I just haven't used it near enough. I'm going to try and start using it more as I want to finish the catalyst. I used it a lot in D1 but we had larger maps back then.
I poste it, but you might need to pop into the discord and piggy back in the LFG channel. It would not let me @ you there.
Streamers have a nearly infinite LFG available to them. It's impressive but expected with her line of work.
Sniper can be whatever you want it to be. Some people swear by Alone as a God, some swear by Supremacy, some even use Persuader. Just click their heads loooool
Crimils is cheeks, that rocker is cheeks, the fusion is cheeks (or on par with an Erentil), the pulse is cheeks, the GL is cheeks
He will survive not getting any of the guns while he levels up. There are much better choices / meta picks to go with than IB guns
I have every title except Unbroken. I don't have sweaty friends and I'd probably spend more repairing my router / internet going for it than I would selling the pin code online. I'm more bummed I still havent hit Legend for the 500pt triumph than actually getting Unbroken, but it is what it is LUL
Saturday night is perfect. Nothing is on my schedule as far as that day goes. Will let you know if anything pops up, but that time's great.
I more meant: that's how you grind your way to getting the catalyst. They should make it a thing you can chase, rather than a drop based on chance. *Then* you have to grind out the kills to masterwork it. Or not.
I would love to try 100K NF or SotP for the first time if that's on the schedule.
