If there's something eye catching and you're not gonna be wearing them in winter weather then go for it, but otherwise I'd stick with the classics

I'm in northern Canada so we got winter 7-8 months of the year. I'll stick with classics if I'm gonna get more life outta them

Get the mint green ones.

I never saw those. You got em?

Gotta wear em with the puffy jackets b

Like I said, we got winter 7-8 months of the year. I could probably make this work and not look like an idiot

Brilliant Idiots and Handsome Rambler still exist, and apparently a Budden x Charlamagne podcast is coming!?

Have you ever listened to the The Champs podcast with Neil Brennan?? Unfortunately was cancelled 2 years ago or so, but there's a huge archive you could go through. Legendary shit. Tons of rappers and comedians on there.

I listen to Brilliant Idiots but man, Schulz makes it harder and harder to listen to that show with his Reddit-tier contributions to discussions. Also doesn't help that they are obsessed with talking about stuff they can't really handle

Never heard of Handsome Rambler and The Champs, will give them a shot

Not saying these podcasts/show are in the same bracket, just that they were part of stuff that I used to listen to while doing other shit.

Combat will be greatly missed for creating quality content; ES was entertaining because of the fuckery going on in almost every episode

Ohh, thought it was a regular podcast :(

It's a one time thing and honestly this is for the better as I think those two don't have a good enough chemistry together for a regular project

Yeah, I actually have been getting annoyed with Schulz in the last year or so too. His recent takes on Christianity are so weird and wrong too, lol. Though I guess part of the show's appeal is that they talk about heavy stuff even if they aren't experts, bringing different, naive perspectives that can be valuable too and if not then at least are entertaining (though the ignorance sometimes could be dangerous too if they don't follow up on it anymore and correct themselves).

You will love The Champs. I think you should know Neal Brennan, he's the co-writer on Chappelle's Show. Unfortunately the Soundcloud page seems to be super fucked up with several episodes reuploaded several times clogging up the stream, so maybe use this link or wherever you listen to podcast to:

http://www.thechamps.libsyn.com/

A lot of big names in comedy and many rappers were on there. Check out the Freddie Gibbs, Action Bronson, Danny Brown, Questlove, Chris Rock, and Aziz Ansari episodes as a start:

https://soundcloud.com/thechamps/questlove-6

https://soundcloud.com/thechamps/chris-rock-5
https://soundcloud.com/thechamps/aziz-ansari-6

At least I have drink champs.
I honestly couldn't take the constant interruptions and "MAKE SOME NOIIIIIIIISSSEEEE *siren*" shit anymore even though I found that charming at first.

Can't wait for this tape. Oh My is still one of the best things Travis has done.

Just give me songs like Rodeo and beat switches and it'll top Without Warning for me

Why were you listening to Tax and Everyday Struggle?

Enjoyed Tax for the entertainment value and he had some dope guests which resulted in funny conversations or straight up fuckery (the Joe Budden episode with Tax getting mad was hilarious). I didn't listen to Tax as much as to others tho since his personality could get annoying at times and shit could get way too New York for me™

I think his personality is also the reason that got him into the fucked up situation he is in right now *shrug*

I hate pretty much everyone involved with either shows except Nadeska.

I can see why. Joe and Ak are pretty tonedeaf when it came to more serious subjects (especially Ak) and Nadeska functioned as the voice of reason in a lot of those discussions, even though she was never really given opportunities to explain why she felt a certain way about things. Instead, she got either got clowned or was being told that she's mad which often resulted in her switching the subject

And I agree those were very often the worst segments in the show. While I enjoyed Joe's ramblings and Ak's contributions consisting mostly of social media shit that I'm not too deep into, Nadeska was definitely the most sympathetic person on that show to me

wat

Is this white people catching onto something that's half a year old?

More like trying to profit off someone who's being discussed a lot on the internet right now

Uh, no? Whatever that shitty meme is it doesn't seem to actually have anything to do with Akademics

Looks like they actually got Steadman to do the art for that Huncho tape huh? Hopefully it won't take long til someone puts out a version with all the Travis Scott bullshit edited out
