Honestly that'd be hilarious and pretty awesome. I would pay for an AI controlled Solid Snake DLC. The conversations between him and Sam should be interesting.
"Setting up wires across the country won't rid us of the BTs"
"....BTs?"
"Yeah those things that arrived when the Death stranding event happened"
"...Death stranding?"
"Nevermind, go neutralise these homo demons, and please avoid killing them"
"...homo Demons?"

So Kojima's latest tweet says the very easy mode is called Berry Easy. I smell a funny visual joke coming a la chicken hat in MGSV :)

Lol nailed it. Snake has got to be one of the most clueless gaming protagonists of all time. Has he ever been diagnosed with ADD?

You joke, but apparently Sam is set up to be a bit like that too, in order to parallel the feelings of the player at the beginning. Like at first Sam is doubtful of the interest of the mission and question everything, so as to generate exposition to introduce players to the the lore and the world of DS.

Considering how much Kojima loves exposition dialogue I'm not surprised. I'm positive the game will feature something similar to codecs as well.

It has to, I don't believe Sam won't communicate with anyone back at base or wherever they are during his long solo missions through America. I think however they may be more like talking through radio while playing, instead of codec comms a la MGS where you're not doing anything and looking at still images

It took a month for her to finish but that gives me zero idea of how long the game could be......did she play an hour a day of five hours a day?At least we know the game is finished now anyway, lol.

Someone from the DS subreddit translated those tweets to be a little more clearer so just dumping them there to be read again:

"This time we're climbing a steep mountain in what's said to be the longest and harshest mission of them all. There's a familiar, gentle melody coming from where the snow meets the grass. A warm wind blows in my heart. I can see my destination. I feel exhilarated! I've reached this place with the support from the people I've helped. I've connected North America!" - https://twitter.com/Kaizerkunkun/status/1169430682826788864

"Nearing the end of Death Stranding. I'll probably finish it today, and there's a certain scene I've watched again and again at work that I just can't stop crying out loud from. All the time we spent together, all the pain we went through, all the accomplishments, they all come together in this moment when Sam says those words. I just can't stop thinking that this feeling is on a different dimension compared to just crying when watching a movie!" - https://twitter.com/Kaizerkunkun/status/1169483120418050048

"It.. it's over..." -https://twitter.com/Kaizerkunkun/status/1169527908940910592

"I have finished Death Stranding. I'm filled with all sorts of emotions. I couldn't let go of my handkerchief until the very end. For films, it's important to tackle subjects like art, entertainment and society, and Death Stranding includes all that! It doesn't make sense, but everything is coherent! So much so that for a while I was just sitting there not able to say or do anything. I have never seen a game as intellectual as this!" - https://twitter.com/Kaizerkunkun/status/1169534019072974848

"Death Stranding test play. I played between breaks at work from August 6th and finished it today. I'm not good at video games, so I played on Very Easy mode. This mode is perfect for movie fans or people who prefer RPG games. If you're more into action games, I recommend Normal or Hard. By the way, Mads clearly deserves the award for best male actor!" -https://twitter.com/Kaizerkunkun/status/1169543856750071808

why? I mean I prefer English voice for this one but it's always nice to get an option for second playthrough or something.
Like, I always liked English voices for MGS but I played with Japanese voice if it was an option.

If they were Japanese characters fine

But MGS and this are filled with american/british ass pale white dudes, its ridiculous, even more so here where theyre literally hollywood professional actors doing both character design and voice. It's uncomfortable how obvious the fetishizationm of the language gets.

I disagree but that's okay. I'd rather not derail this thread.
Have you seen gaf lately ?

If you think This place is anywhere near as bad as place an openly bigoted shithole. Just because the're mean about an Artist you're fond of. Then you really ned to get your priorities in check.

Anyways, there's no need to get stuck on all that... We're actually getting a ton of information these days, which is exciting.
