Yup, same here. The change of ending is very interesting. That's piqued my curiosity.
Ports. Also, I seem to recall there being RE2 and 3 on the GameCube. Were they remakes in this style, or just ports? I never see much mention of them, but I'm sure I remember seeing them in shops.
Right. I'd always thought they were remakes, but with all the talk of what REmake 2 is going to be like I'm guessing that wasn't the case.
I remember renting RE3 at the time being amazed I didn't know they remade it...Right. I'd always thought they were remakes, but with all the talk of what REmake 2 is going to be like I'm guessing that wasn't the case.

lol
True. But I'll still take
Over
They even managed to have the worst iteration of Jill.
Going back through the enemy designs of the series, it just really emphasizes how lame RE 7 was in that regard. We go from 30 different enemy types in RE 5 and 84 different enemy types in RE 6 to a grand total of maybe 5 in RE 7.
Worst face, best costume design(most fitting and practical).

I wish they had gone with any of their other head options though
The one on the right that resembles the Stars outfit looks so damn good.Worst face, best costume design(most fitting and practical).

I can easily forgive it on that particular costume,
Only thing that bothers me with that outfit is that Jill isn't wearing a vest while Chris is,Nah, they are just bad designs. Umbrella Chronicles has one of the best outfits for Jill:
Personally think there is such a thing as too many. RE1 has like 12 or something and that including bees and crows. RE2 and 3 don't have many either. It makes the encounters memorable and the enemies better for it. RE5 bringing back lickers wasn't great because they were 1 of 50 enemies in RE2.

Head's up! New info for Not a Hero!
Since there's not much on this video, i think it doesn't needs it's own thread. But for fans who are looking into Not a Hero or knowing more about Chris's next portrayal:
The Residence of Evil channel has been doing a lot of great interviews with the cast of the most recent and older games. Now they are releasing a entire podcast with David Vaughn (the new actor behind Chris Redfield), which will be released on October 30th.
If you're worried about spoilers, it's not that type of video. There is only one little detail that he talks about that is inside the content of Not a Hero, but there is warning right before it happens.
Yup, that's been there since the original. In RE2 Ada claims to be looking for her boyfriend, John, an Umbrella researcher. That's the guy who left that email.I recently finished ReMake and is the Ada referenced in the emails found on a computer in the lab to solve the power issues Ada Wong?
My favourite series.
Jill in the Sarah Connor outfit is my fave I think.
Yeah I mostly use that outfit if I'm playing as him in REmake. I have a lot of nostalgia for Code Veronica.
Yeah, BSAA Chris looks pretty dumb in REmake lol. I think Jill looks great in her BSAA outfit though.
The only costume I use is this one in 0. changing other characters just doesn't feel right
