So my guess is that Hunter managed to save humanity by evacuating them to the lighthouse?

Enoch and his race has to be a nod to Fringe, right? Or is that from the comics?

That was a good episode a nice break from Space environment. When I was getting used to Hunter they pull him out :(

Fitz is my favorite character. When Enoch goes, "I hope you have it in you" and you see that fire in Fitz's eyes when he confidently responds, "I have it in me."

Hype.

Cannot wait for the show to come back. Really hope this somehow links to Infinity War, but probably has more to do with that general lady?

Best episode of the current series by miles for me. Not as big a fan of Fitz as many but you can see this being a turning point for the character in a very good way. Hunter was phenomenal and the chemistry between the two was strong!

Not feeling the current arc, can imagine the things that stood out for most in this episode will be gone from the next which is a shame.

Haven't seen this week's episode yet but thought I would drop by with our beloved Chloe Bennet before heading out! Merry christmas to our fellow Shield agents.

This show is amazing and the low ratings are criminal, what went wrong beside the first 10 episodes?

Extremely high expectations. I feel like a lot of people wanted RDJ or Evans to come walking through the door every other week.

I loved the episode and it's great to see they bring back characters from other seasons. A lot of shows seemingly forget plot points from earlier seasons, it's nice to see AoS incorporate them. I feel bad for the girl going through Terragenesis at such a young age. I thought it was triggered by puberty?

Most people won't make it to pass Eps 3 and i won't blame them.

You are mixing up Mutants and inhuman.

Just watched it. Great episode. It was so nice to have a change from the Lighthouse sets and Enoch turned out to be a decent guy after all. Glad Fitz is back. It was nice seeing Hunter again too.

I love this show so much. Does Fitz's character evolution remind anyone else of Wesley from Angel? They're both my favorite characters and I'm just loving this.

I am going to predict that if Daisy is actually responsible for the earth's destruction, this season ends with her death to change the future, creating a parallel timeline and separating this show from the rest of the MCU.

I thought you said "I am going to predict that if Disney is actually responsible for the earth's destruction..." and I was thinking god damn the Disney/Fox deal isn't THAT bad.

Those human looking aliens the Kree are taking shit from are actually the galactic Disney Empire who bought and merged with the entire galaxy

I never really cared much for Fitsimmons to begin with. I can't believe how Fitz especially just slowly turned into the MVP of the show.

Also Hunter and Fitz bromance is amazing.

When Hunter arrived I was like "wait are they dredging up the bi Fitz thread now?" But then it made sense at the end w/ the Han/Leia joke.

STAR WARS guys, remember Star Wars?!

There was enough room in the capsule for Hunter. I bet he would love the future.

First 10? The entire first season is garbage. The show didn't become watchable until season two.
Man the first 18 were garbage for the most part
This is completely wrong, the show gets good as soon as episode 14 (if not earlier), calling anything from End of the Beginning onwards "garbage" or "unwatchable" is completely ludicrous
I'm havin to tell people to just skip the first season cause they can't make it through
Binging the season is actually very doable, skipping all of it damages most of the subsequent elements (and there are)

Also, I didn't really follow, what is Enoch?
Do you mean what he is in the show?

Then he's just basically an observer from the far future whose job is to record events and history

He's not supposed to get involved unless an extinction level event is happening or to follow the prophecy

He's also a robot or artificial

I understood that part, so he's not anything from the Comics?

2091. I didn't expect them to be that close in the future. That's more realistic regarding the shape of remnant of the earth, and maybe why there is still some breathable air there? Not all the atmosphere has evaporated already.

Nah he's not from the future, just from a planet far away. He said he arrived 32000 years ago, and obviously lived that long to record our evolution.

Enoch seems to be a mix of...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uatu
http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Rigellian_Recorders

Also, his name has a lot of religious connotations...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enoch_(ancestor_of_Noah)

Also, he is an amazing character and I hope he shows up more!!

Yeah, the Recorders are what came to mind for me. Here's what he says when they ask about him: "I was sent here 30,000 years ago to observe and record the evolution of your species. What you would call an anthropologist. My Earth name is Enoch. I am a sentient Chronicom from a planet which revolves a star in the constellation you know as Cygnus." The fact that he's tens of thousands of years old, and that he specifically notes that he's a "sentient Chronicom," says to me that he's some form of artificial intelligence or machine - otherwise why would he specify that he's sentient?

But "Chronicom" is a straight up invention for the series so he's probably got a bit of the Watchers and some other cosmic stuff tossed in there, too.

Man so glad to have my dude Fitz back on the show. E1-4 were good, but the MVP has returned. Best episode of the season so far.

So is the Kree the real baddie of this season or someone else? I feel like they are keeping this really vague this season.
Past seasons' baddies were obvious.

I am going to guess the big bad is the person who blew up earth (as that is a pretty bad thing to do), and he/she has not been revealed yet. Kree are a good temporary antagonist.

Dove Cameron's role is still unknown (as far as I know), so maybe that is where she fits it.

Man, I must've misheard the year Coulson and crew were in, cause I thought they were like 400 years in the future, not fucking 70. The people on the space station made it appear as if there were already generations of people living on it. This doesn't add up in my head.
