was digging around on Akatsuki's website and since Bandai's customer support is absolutely terrible at "listening" to feedback, how about we skip messaging that poor Bandai guy on Facebook and mailing the bots on support and go to Akatsuki?

Here you can get their Facebook and contact page which they post on and you can message them directly, they might not understand English but maybe they'll wonder and translate what it's all about.
Tips on what to message them about, regardless of what version you are on:
- Fix friend list
- Fix rewards
- Better communication
- Get them aware that there is plenty of feedback here
- Step up banners that at least get you the important unit in the meta
And I'm sure you can think of many more. Just some random idea since Bandai doesn't give a shit, but Akatsuki's business vision seems like it will.
