I think Kingdom Hearts makes a lot of sense for Square to bring over. The problem is that you would also need 2.8 for the full series.
Hm, assuming king zell gets verified, I'm curious what franchise it'd be. Tomb Raider, FF, DQ, Deus Ex are all disqualified (for his tease, that is) since all have appeared on a Nintendo home console before.

Thanks for the hint! This means it is one of the non-expected IPs, so probably Tomb Raider or Deus Ex.
Tomb Raider reboot was already released on NVidia Shield so it is a easy port to do. Also they can potentially port the smaller Tomb Raider games like the Go game in mobile or the Lara Croft digital only games.

Considering Bethesda was able to announce Wolfenstein Switch before the current-gen version released its not outlandish to think that SE could have a separate studio working on a Switch release of Shadow of the Tomb Raider already.
It would make alot of sense considering the Switch doesnt have its own Uncharted/TR type of game and if the 360 versions are to go by it would look amazing for a Switch game.
Having said that....i always expected Tomb Raider to come to Switch.
The funny thing is, it's not the AAA games I want from Square. I want the iOS ports of FF1-6. Those can't be THAT hard to do, can they? I believe they all already have controller support on iOS..
Why would you want the shitty looking iOS version if you could have versions based on the SNES games for the second trilogy ? FF IV would have to be based on the PSP release anyway, anything less would be disappointing.
I'll be honest Tomb Raider isn't a type of game that would interest me on Switch. I'd rather get the better looking experience on my Pro for those types of games. However the Lara Croft multiplayer co op games I'd be down for.
