I don't know, the Ten Dons were the leaders of the best mafia families from all over the world, so they had at least a Kakin boss in there and yet they were still taken out.
To be fair Maha was in there, but still it looked like it was Illumi that did all the dirty work without breaking a sweat. At this point i don't expect much from them.
Would Illumi be that much weaker than a Troupe member though?
Going by how Illumi got a 95 points from Hisoka, he probably high mid/top spider level.
I figured Pariston and co are hiding on the boat somewhere since Bill said one of the escape plans involved Pariston.
Also I like that Sakata guy. Constant deadpan face, blasting nen snakes to kingdom come like it's nothing. Hope he makes it through all the way.

The problem is escape to where? They need to have boat somewhere to escape and sail to DC. That's why i think they are following them in another ship.

Hisoka hangs with him for a reason then. I mean it does make sense though. Silva killed a Troupe member so why can't Illumi be up there.
I'm hoping they can do something. It would be kinda boring to see the Troupe roll the mafia again lol. I just hope that the enforcers for the the Kakin mafia families are made of sterner stuff than the Shadow Beasts.
The Needlemen were all I needed to see. Illumi is scary.
To be fair, Illumi could be stronger than Hisoka for all we know. We don't really know how strong Illumi is at all but a vague "ranking" by Hisoka. The thing is, these mental evaluations aren't always accurate, for example he himself mentioned that his Nen personality test isn't always reliable. The guy wanted a go at Netero.

You right, the thing with Hisoka evaluation is that it seems to be based on sensing the aura, and theres no way he can take in account hatsu's, so is flawed. But still it gives us an overall threat level of the user, and that scene was clearly used to hype up the Zodiacs and Illumi.
I don't think Hisoka in his wildest dreams ever thought that Netero would have a hatsu so crazy, he can literally kill the whole spider group in less than 1min (lol i would even say less than 10sec). It probably don't help that Netero aura is very quiet, it's probably misleading.

The dialogue from Phinks re finding everyone over 6"3 on the boat- I didn't think about his when Hisoka blew his own face off but now that he's generating his face using texture surprise he can probably change his appearance to whatever he wants, furthering his creepiness by basically turning him into the Thing but powered by nen. Togashi still going full horror this arc
If this is the case Hisoka is Clayface from batman. And probably bound to lose control over it.

Oooo spooky. I disagree with the combat experience points as proof because he is a bodyguard that uses Nen, therefore it's safe to assume he also has combat experience with it. From what I've seen and followed, spoiler tags are used for when spoilers leak and for the first day or so when a fan translation is released, which is usually on Thursdays or Fridays.
Spoiler tags are mandatory until the first English scans hit, no matter where they come from. Once that happens no spoilers are needed. That's universal across all manga threads.
What about Bisky? same nen type too.

Oh yeah forgot about Bisky, but her stuff is complicated the body change is not transmutation and her massage hatsu have like 3 nen types. Hisoka keeps it simpler, gum with transmutation and texture with conjuration.
Her massage hatsu is especially impressive because it uses manipulation (60%) and emisson (40%), the hardest for a transmuter to learn. Her nen mastery is no joke, lets hope we see more of her this arc.

Kurapika and Hisoka never seemed chummy enough to randomly text each other. That seems more like an Illumi and Hisoka thing to me. Hisoka and Kurapika I would assume only really spoke to fuck over Chrollo.
Pretty sure a Transmuters mastery peak for Manipulation and Emission is the other way around with Emission at 60 percent.
Which still makes it just as impressive because the Hatsu uses both anyway.
Doesn't she know everything about Nen any way? She probably has a work around for her class limitations.
I have no idea what her Nen type is . . . Has that info ever been revealed?
To add to this, when Killua is like "Hisoka was lying!" about using spell cards Bisky's like: Killua, there's liars who only lie when there's a reason to, and there are liars who do so without a reason. You and I are the former. He's the latter. And we know by Hisoka's Nen Personality test [even if it's not always accurate] that Transmuters are generally whimsical liars.
