lol my TV station cut off the first part of the last segment so I didn't see half of the Flint/Tess conversation.
So, the cosmic stuff was interesting, but the plot/pacing was all over the place and honestly I'm glad we can put a lid on it. Looking forward to going back to more standard spy/sci-fi stuff.
Sort of surprised that no one (from what it looks like) came back with them, though. They've definitely set the stage for an interesting back half.

Yeah, I'm really surprised that none of those characters seemingly came back with them.
They held up the little toy Earth while looking at what's left of the planet and Tess said "here's your template" and Flint kinda laughed and said yeah.

Surprised YoYo didn't kill Coulson before they went back in time. Thought for sure that'd be how they ended the time loop and that the show would bring him back later in the season to finish his deal with Ghost Rider. Guess I'll just have to wait a month to see how things play out.

My guess, the sliver of rock back at the machine, was enough to teleport Deke. Remember, the old monolith to the alien planet, had pieces cut out of it, and those pieces alone, were enough to make a portal.
So, my guess on new characters: Kaisus' dad in the past, the General who capped those 2 subordinates (she's wanting inhumans), and Coulson and his Ghost Rider deal (and his newly infected chest). Throw on Dark Fitz, and a dash of Yo-Yo wondering how much she'll tell about what she knows.
Oh and Nickelodeon Disney Jr. Star girl.
