Initially I was against this but thinking about it for 5 seconds I'm on board.

Too many games have a romance trophy or achievement. It makes sense to include one where you say no to romance options as that's a valid choice.

Nice to see a different approach to the whole romance thing. Usually it's encouraged to have a romance in games. I still remember Dragon Age: Origins having a lot of romance options and an achievement for every single one of them.

+ I like the fact that you can finish the entire game without killing anyone.

You don't have to finish the entire game this way, only the main storyline. But yeah, it's still interesting, judging from my experience from the beta you will have to run away from a lot of fights, invest a lot in Speech (there's a separate trophy for that) and be a good scout for the big battles so your side will win them without your support.

Considering how much the game aims for realism, I wonder if the "put out" stat for women will vary depending on who they are and what their status is

Wow I didn't think this would be an option in this game. That's already more role playing options than the last 3 Bethesda games had.

What if you lose? Is it mission failed, or does the game accept the outcome and adjust to that.

That sounds quite exciting. I could see myself just doing scouting and staying away from the fighting in the big battles.

This game isn't that big, IIRC. Are we supposed to think of its structure as more related to Deus Ex, or mini Skyrim (i.e. very condensed, or small openworld)?

I don't know if it will be like that with all quests but the devs stated that it will be possible to continue the game if for example your army loses the battle. I really wouldn't want this game to have game over screen when an important NPC dies or something else like that happens.
