Folks who wanted one had a lot of time to preorder(it was up for weeks in some case) and 500 units for one retailer in one province ain't that bad.
17 BB locations in Quebec, that's 29.41 ~ 30 X1X. 30 per store doesn't seem enough tbh..
Call me a fool. I returned my launch day SNES classic because I didn't even get to play it the entire time I had it. The Best Buy employee looked puzzled.
It seems fine for a $600(nearly $700 with tax) console that most people who wanted one most likely already pre-ordered one.
30 consoles per store seems fair to me, most people already preordered and I doubt that people will line up to buy that super expensive new tech, this is no Iphone X :)
When I worked at BB during the WiiU launch we got 10 units.

Looks like a clearance price so they won't get any more stock. You'll have to find it instore or hope that Amazon matches. Maybe Toys R Us or Walmart will price match.

I agree with your pre-order statements but 500 for walk ins is small...In Montreal they will be sold out in about 1 hour,even if they had 500 lol...oh well,like I said this is why I preordered.
