How do you hide codes?
I saw something early in the thread about [ hide = 1 ] or something like that but it appeared to be broken.
I think it goes like
[ H I D E ] TEXT [ / H I D E ]
enter the above without spaces and in text you copy / paste what you want to hide.

What's the best way to gift games from steam inventory?
I've got a couple that have been sitting in it for years, and would happily gift them out.

You can send them by entering their email or steam name. There should be a send gift button when you click on the game in your inventory.
The easiest and fastest way is to add someone on STEAM and gift the game.

I have 3 remaining spare copies of Defense Grid 2 on steam that I received as part of my licensing agreement for Defense Grid: The Board Game.

That's very generous of you! Maybe asking a mod is the best option. They could even pinned the thread for a few days so quite a few people can see it.
You can do it here I suppose, but it would be more fun with more people and it would be seen a lot more on its own thread, even if not pinned, I think. At the old site I think that was never a problem and I'm sure something as kind as that won't be any problem here in general games discussion.
