The single most popular JRPG of all time has spawned years of fan illustrations...and some of it is actually really good! And with the Remake on the horizon (and hopefully some significant updates this year), the sleepless fandom is bound to pump out even more inspired works for another 20 years.

Share some of the best, funniest, and all-around interesting works here.

Note: As with many series with big fandoms, there is a large amount of drawings, particularly of certain characters, that are by no means Safe for Work. This includes overly exagerrated proportions and suggestive poses.

Use common sense.

Pinterest has shown me that there's a whole lot more legitimately good artwork out there that I wasn't aware of.

And that not everyone draws Tifa with two giant circles taking up half the page.

Wouldn't it be better to just have a thread for the entire series? Also posting the sources for the art would be nice. The one with Tifa on a chocobo is made by arcanedist. The ones posted by Keym is by c780162.

Anyway benvey on tumblr has a lot of nice FF/KH artwork. I particularly like this one of Tifa:

I'm gonna keep an eye on this thread. I haven't played FF7 in at least a decade but the characters and music still hold a special place in my heart.

I feel like the FF has been a lot more...alive in general but it could just be me. Maybe its because XV is out and it finally feels like we're entering a new era. I'm excited for the future of the series for once.

Oh wow, didn't know you were the artist. Fantastic job.

But settle an old question for me: is the ground beneath her feet crumbling because she landed from a really high jump, or is she preparing to do a high jump and the ground is crumbling from her charged-up kneeling?

If by chance you feel motivated to do more drawings of Tifa being a beautiful force of destruction, I'm sure a lot of people would be happy for that. I've always wanted a drawing of her doing an Izuna Drop on a Behemoth (look it up).
