Guys it's completely believable that due to dani being sick they ran out of content and maybe Arin was fucking exhausted and didn't do more.

Though yes, if we want to go conspiracy grumps there has been infighting between friends behind the scenes. Hell, conspiracy grumps was even joking that dani being sick was being used as an excuse for dani wanting to leave. Lmao this train keeps rolling.

I don't care about infighting as long as Danny and Arin are together. I cant see Danny leaving. Both of them seem to love each other a lot. I can't imagine anything coming between them.

4+ years going at it can be exhausting. One could realistically reach a point you no longer want to stream video games and focus on something else. Not saying that's what is happening, but doing the same job for years on a schedule might make someone want to take a break.

I believe if they wanted to take a break, they'd either come out and lay out the plan, we're cutting down, one episode a day for a while, etc. Or they'd bring in more people again to take the load off. Maybe one Grumps a day and one with the other people. They wouldn't just stop without any sort of word to the fans. They're basically a brand now. They owe it to their "customers". It'd be like if Apple just up and didn't put out an iPhone this September without a single peep or if Walmart closed a bunch of its stores one day without a press release or word to their stockholders.

Or something like that.

Either way, my Paper Mario episode is up for the day. I'm happy enough.

It's most likely an error. Arin has said on Twitter there's more episodes with only him ready to go up. Matt or Ryan probably just forgot to schedule an episode or something.

I think they just don't have a lot of episodes recorded. What with Dan being sick and then leaving right after to their Japan trip and then the holidays. Arin's old art episode just went up and their social media has been rather active today. Sooo yeah, Let's just chill.

oh my god. I watched the video of Arin showing the art he made as a kid.

And he created a female character in skimpy clothing that he had to give a reason as to why she only ever wore that, so he came up with her skin heating up too much.

Mad respect to Arin and Danny calling out the shit he said and saying 'yeah if he's not on, it's because of the questionable shit he said'.

Like yea Danny and Arin have some raunchy jokes, but honestly I can't say I'd see Dan or Arin actually try to push that point of view as something to be taken seriously.

Arin and Suzy have said some questionable shit in the past, but considering how many of us have grown as people as time flies by its entirely believable that things they've said in the past are things they aren't proud of now.

It does appear they've both grown over the years, Danny too. I think they've all got their hearts and minds in the right place. Saying dumb shit from time to time and learning as you grow is very different than the shit Jon spouted, writing an article for Brietbart and then having your friends try to normalize that type of attitude or brush it off.

Oh that would be awesome.

Also I finally finished DDLC. I took Satuprinssi's advice when stuff got super freaky.

The first twenty episodes of that playthrough are possibly my favorite series. The rest of it was still good, but the creepiness outweighs how funny they were. (Also hearing Dan so defeated makes me sad.)

Someone should have told Danny he could have just gone to the bullet bill cave on the island, equipped Goombella and literally just tapped the Jump button over and over blindly to level up at a rate of one level every 22 minutes.

Not that I have any experience in that.

It's really fun.

I'm still not at level 99 yet.

Really nice episode today with them talking about Arin's recent bout with depression. The way he and Dan handle talking about that stuff really makes me feel better when I think about when I feel like that, it means a lot to me

I would hope so. I literally can't think of a single Youtuber that doesn't have a problematic friend or associate. Maybe Steve Shives, but no one likes him.
