I'm pretty sure this all comes down to power and control. Fuck a14 year old and you're in complete control at the time. You can give or withhold and it probably makes these women feel like they have full authority, especially when so many people see it as almost benevolent for an older woman to have sex with a younger boy (all the 'niiice' comments, etc).

On a serious note, and more on topic. Back when I was in 8th grade, the "hot" teacher in school started an affair with a friend of mine. He was part of our close group of friends( we were 5). She was married to a marine who was bulked up like crazy, but he was away most of the time on duty. She had a Toyota Supra and she let my friend drive it around. Eventually, my friends mother found out and confronted the teacher. This was back in 1993, so it was a different time. She was never charged, my friend's mother transferred him to another school and the teacher resigned shortly after.
We all grew apart after that, but I still see him every few months. But we have never, ever talked about it, or even mentioned it.
