weekend courses stay losing
How is that different than usual?
ok cool. Ill add it to the list. any where i should check out that isn't a complete tourist trap?Idk, neighborhood pizza is fraudulent these days. You'd have to go somewhere outside Manhattan at a local spot for some good stuff. As for like a pizza resturant spot, I hear Ops in Bushwick is good.

https://www.themeatballshop.com/Hey guys, I'm visiting NYC for about a week to do a campus visit for grad school. What food places should I hit up in my down time? I also really want some good pizza (lol). Also, any random tips on living there? I'm heavily considering it and I'd be moving from LA
that looks incredible
Lombardi's, Roberta's at Ubranspace Vanderbilt, Corner Slice, Motorino... other than that, Id'd go into Brooklyn.Hey guys, I'm visiting NYC for about a week to do a campus visit for grad school. I always forget about this thread!! Nice to see it in the spotlight, even though it doesn't seem too active. Hi to all other NYCers.
Maybe my standards are shot but I really really just enjoy the 99 cent Pizza stores that are scattered around, I usually go to the one close to Grand Central because it's on my commute. I think it's kind of a chain because the guy who works there said the owner has like 9 locations. I tried another one under the same name like 2 blocks further and it seemed to be the same.

That's what a community spotlight is for. We've been around but a thing called Discord happened and pulled folks into the shadows. I'm glad to see this thread active again since the move though. :) I've seen cases of threads being active than their Discord counterparts which are deserts such as the Comics thread.I always forget about this thread!! Hell
I visited New York in the summer of 2016. Best city I've ever seen. God. If I were filthy rich, I'd buy a condo on Manhattan. Manhattan is probably the best place on Earth.
Nah.

Done and done.
I think their sauces are a little off.I am impartial to Wingstop fries. I believe there is a location in Astoria.
I don't mess with fried chicken. That stuff messes does something fierce to my digestion so I only eat it once or twice a year or at least eat the meat but not the skin. Go Go Curry's Chicken katsu was good though.
I was at Charles' Pan Fried Chicken with some friends on Sunday night and fought every fiber of my being to eat it (it looked real good though). I might have to go back at some point and change that. My friend saw it on some food YouTuber's recommendation and had to get it.
