Technically it was my first time, because I had looked at my laptop just for a quick second for a bit to message my friend who was also watching it. Then I looked up and her arms were gone, and I'm like WTF
So did the future already change? Because Yo-Yo has her arms in the flashback to ... after they get back to their normal time. (Time travel is weird, guys.)

I didn't really care for Deke in the previous arc, but him in this time period is awesome. I need to see more of him reacting to Earth stuff.

We've seen a monolith that enables travel across space and one across time. I wonder what the other two do.
Could just be different spaces or times, the other two monoliths are just A to B and back
I assume they have to be programmed or dialed in somehow though. So I'm thinking one could be for travel across dimensions or something.
Yo-yo has to hold her breath while going super speed so she's limited in fighting capability.

What episode is that flashback in? I may have missed it since I don't have access to the first part of Season 5.
I also have been going through Season 4 in the past week or two. I only have 2 episodes left and I'm honestly dumbfounded that the show became this good (and I thought Seasons 1-3 were pretty good TV). It just keeps getting better and better - Ghost Rider was a great arc, LMD steps it up a little bit, and then Agents of Hydra (so far anyways) has been absolutely out-of-this-world for me. So good.
One of those monoliths could be for mind/body swapping. That's my official guess, assuming they see some use.
That episode had been hyped up quite a bit by the time I saw it, so I didn't expect it to deliver. Boy, was I wrong.
