Hope they add Infected and the other party modes soon. They are so good when you just want a break from the standard game modes.
Now we're taliking. My copy is on the way. I was lukewarm on the beta, but I bought the game anyway because I'm a man child with zero video game willpower.
What are you doing, devs? Guess it was all marketing if they didn't implement beta changes.
They seem to have less range and do less damage than the normal rounds. The spread is ridiculous.
Depends on your playstyle and which weapon/perk you want to unlock.
Infantry is good since you can get an additional primary attachment at level 2. Pair that with the basic training "Primed" and you can have 4 attachments for your gun.
Airborne is for SMG play. At level 2, you can sprint longer and at level 4, you'll run faster. Helps to surprise the enemy team and let's you get to Domination B first. If you run and gun, this is the one you want.
Armored is your tank class. Tactical equipment won't do anything to you, you take less fire and explosive damage. Good for objective modes.
Mountain is your sneaky class. That's what I'm currently using. Silent movement at level 4 is great. Footsteps are loud as hell and not having to hear my own makes things better. This is also the division that hides you from recon planes.
Expeditionary is your tactical/lethal class. You can carry a tactical AND lethal piece of equipment (normally you can only take a lethal), throw them farther/faster and resupply. This could be a fun class.
Each division unlocks a weapon and a perk after you prestige once.
Do you want to unlock the MP-40 and have 4 attachments on it? Prestige the Airborne division first then move onto Infantry.
Do you play Domination and you're tired of dying all the time to grenades when capping B? Level up the Armored division and see if taking less grenade damage will help.
It all depends on how you play.
I think the servers are down on PC, I can't connect. Either that or they're over-burdened. Had no issues yesterday at all.
I've been playing all afternoon with no issues on PC, you based in Europe ? I've been mostly sticking to War mode mostly though so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
Did the in game update just break the game for anyone else on Xbox?

I got a legendary uniform out of a supply drop called "US Talker" but its not showing up under any of the divisions when I go to look for it wtf.
Just watched some of the intro mission - why the heck is it so damn quiet? It should sound like hell on earth, with constant gunfire, explosions and yelling, but it barely sounds like a battle is happening at all. Also, the explosion VFX look incredibly dated and primitive.
What in the world happened here? Is the audio/visual presentation this disappointing throughout the campaign?

I'd probably go the other way and say it's the most fun I've had with a COD since Black Ops (maybe Black Ops 2)
Going through the campaign now on Normal. It's not hard by any means but I like that I can't just dash to the next checkpoint.
The way they handled this is weird.
This US Talker uniform might be a sub category of another. So for instance, when browsing, you won't see this uniform on the menu but if you were to select a uniform you DO see, it might bring up another menu with the uniform you're looking for.
Did that make sense? Lol. I hope this helps. If you still can't find it, then we'll chalk it up to launch day bugs.

Yeah, but it sets people on fire. You take that thing indoors or into the trenches and you dont need to get a regular hit on someone to kill em. It's a crutch for bad players like me and therefore its AWESOME.
Yeah their servers just can't handle the load. It was fine this morning and then people woke up lol
Nope. I was up 8:00AM my time and it still didn't work.
Easily the worst call of duty launch ever. Activision needs to really step in and step up this franchise or at least Sledgehammer involvement. The biggest franchise in games should not experience these issues .
