I have a feeling that the FF XV PC release today will have some impact on this thread :) It's gorgeous.
Man, DS2 really goes to show how a great art style and effective use of lighting can keep a game looking great way past the time you would expect. Good shots.
The banding in FF XV's sky looks pretty bad.
Is it like that in-game at normal resolution, or is it because of Ansel/high-res?
Damn, right back at ya. I'm guessing all these are taken in first person mode. I should give it a try.
Hopefully with less boy bands in leather pants and more environmental ones.

Ansel has not been good for my progression in this game, hah!
For combat pics, Prompto usually take some sweet action shots. He also gets better at it the more you level his skill.I hope you are happy with the output so far :)
Thanks! Yeah all shots are taken directly from gameplay in first person mode. I tried Ansel for the first time but the gamma was totally screwed so I closed it again. Will definately play around with it later on, but for now my progress is already slow enough taking normal screenshots everywhere haha. I want to do some more combat shots, but ingame there are still those markers on the enemies even when I disable all hud elements. Guess I have to use Ansel for it.
Sorry not sorry! Totally stealing that Ansel shortcut idea tho. Don't know if it's intentional but you posted the same screenshot twice? [Edit: Nevermind, you fixed it ^^]Ishiro I made a huge mistake by following your lead and using Ansel. Shortcut on my controller, I'll never finish the game. It's just too beautiful. Some combat pics for a change:

Moar FFXV Prompto shots.
Pay no mind to the crappy textures. 4K pack is still downloading...
