I thought it would be a long dialogue chain leading to another fail state and Richard sitting on his hotel bed telling you "woah, ease up there dude." Real life scenario, at best, that would have been a fake phone number and she would have changed her route to the park.
The harassment part is the fact that it encourages men to go around trying to use these tactics IRL for as long as they succeed, aggressively, persistently. PUA tactics are less about it working on ANY woman and more about it working on SOME (small number of) women for whatever reason and using that as their ethos for mass harassment. The harassment part is the (not-even-all-that-)passive aggressive ways they advocate. By suggesting men go around touching random women a minute after striking a conversation with them using some flimsy excuse (you just want to have a look at their ear rings or get a look at that tattoo) and with the sole intent that it's supposed to increase the man's chances of getting laid.
