We also have Ridge Racer, and it's by far my most anticipated rumor. I've been starving for some quality arcade racer and a brand new RR game is all I need. My play time for 3DS and Vita versions of RR games are more than 70 hours each.
this isnt new, Armature already works on Fortnite. it's even on their website

as for Call of Duty Switch, I think it's the oft-rumored Modern Warfare 2 remaster than BLOPS4. any lower hanging fruit sounds par for the course for a Switch game
Ridge Racer is not a rumor, that's a leak based on hard info discoverable by anyone first hand. The difference between those is quite important here.
But Burnout Paradise was a "leak" too, as it appeared on Brazilian rating boards. And it turned out to be false, anyway.
It bugs me that the Vandel leak saids the Mario DLC will have 43 stars to collect.

The Brazilian ratings board has a history of blanket listing several platforms that games do not appear on eventually. I believe we had Earthbound rated for Wii VC many many moons ago form that same place. RR is coming from the horse's mouth, not some third party agency database that can just as easily screw up just like random retail listings.

For what it's worth, the Vandal_Leaks post of a direct on March 8th happened more than 24 hours before the Sellars tweet, so if anyone is piggybacking off of anyone else, it's the other way around.
The problem is that this twitter account was made and started with this leak, which means basically zero credibility at all. They claim three independent sources were checked (none of which were Sellars), but didn't provide evidence.
I feel like this rumor has a little more weight than the average unreliable "direct rumor", only because it's so specific and soon that anyone who isn't sure would be an idiot to put so much of their credibility on the line (I'm speaking of Sellars, not Vandal, who is essentially anonymous at this point). I know several unreliable sources don't match one reliable source, but several unreliable sources are better than just one unreliable source.

Whoever that was, nice going. As far as I know nobody was saying it unlike the January direct.

The year is 2024. Nintendo Switch 2 is just hitting the market. Meanwhile Animal Crossing Monopoly Edition has just been announced for 3DS.
I do wonder why everyone knew about the January direct but everything was so quiet this time.
According to Odyssey Stars are just weirdly shaped moons anyway.

Exactly. I think this person somehow got access to info about this specific Direct so I am inclined to believe their leaks. Not to mention that the Twitter account is quite erratic but the leaks are all sensible and logical.
I can't believe people are giving credit to Vandal_leaks which is CLEARLY a fake account. Are you insane? Just look at the top of the twitter page for goodness sake.

This isn't a crazy idea. I've seen some white papers on doing this sort of thing for Apple announcements.
I've always thought that leaks that never talk about new stuff (mostly IPs) are too easy to fake, people love the attention and this only helps that.
That's exactly what Marcus Sellars has been doing all this time.
