The MafiEra R&D Department Proudly Presents:
The MafiEra Vote Count Quick-Access Userscript!

Install Here:
https://openuserjs.org/scripts/Fireblend/MafiEraVoteTool
(Requires a user scripting extension for your browser, like TamperMonkey, which is available for all major browsers).

*The Outer Mafia version of the script can be found here.

But what does it do?
Simple! It will add a "Vote Count" link to both the top and bottom breadcrumb bars (like the one seen in the screenshot below, where the "Bottom" and "Refresh" buttons are), which will open a handy dialog with the current day's votes! All of the major features of the regular vote tool are here, including toggling between pretty HTML and BBCode, code-copying for easy posting and active vote filtering!

It's been tested using Tampermonkey on Chrome, Firefox and Safari, but do let me know if you encounter any issues with it.

Install it Today!
Now you're playing with power!

I can rebrand my game to he all Sorians if you all want.

I'll have to dig real deep to come up with that many role names though.....

Yeah, we've been told that a couple times from different places. :p

We kinda just do our own little things here.

Yep. A lot more plain vanilla roles. Over on NF, practically every role had some sort of ability (either passive or active). And there were a decent amount of roles that had multiple abilities (super townies, super mafia, and independents mostly).

Also, while not all the games did this, a lot of games had a list of roles on the first page so everyone knew exactly what roles and what abilities were in play.

I also once played in a game (my first ever mafia game) with a different lynch system. Instead of everyone voting who to lynch, we would all vote on a mayor/governor (I forget the exact title), and that person got to decide who to lynch.

We do some of those every now and then, it's just up to whoever makes the game with how they make it. Like HvV (the other game right now besides Sneakers) is considered 'bastard' so you can take a look at some of the roles that have flipped there which might be up your alley. We also have had older games where everyone in the game has a role which is what we call Role Madness. :p

The role list on the front page we don't usually have though, it's called an Open Set Up when all roles are known beforehand. We've had two games in the past with it (Heist and Dark Souls) and sometimes we run smaller, fast paced games with those set ups. Most of them are Closed though, it's part of the mystery in guessing/solving.

Honestly I'd love to try out that system of Major though. We've had games where we need to vote for a Major but they never decided on the lynch by themselves, it was always another power like a Double Vote or some Night Immunity.

i'd vote for mayor rac. o:
