I rewatched it a couple months back and it's so satisfying watching these characters grow, even know you know where they end up. Lots of great foreshadowing too.

man, all this S4 talk (and gif) is making me miss AIDA (and Radcliffe). One of the best MCU villains so far, IMHO. And yes, that scene was such a highlight, especially because Mallory Jansen was able to switch from naïve-and-in-love girl to obsessive, batshit-insane-scorned-teenager-with-superpowers in an instant.
And well, Iain is Iain: the best actor in the main cast.
