That D23 trailer still gives me chills.
I bet the new trailer will end with the moon throwing.
BP is going to be the highest grossing superhero film domestically, and the highest grossing solo movie worldwide.
Tomorrow it overtakes every single DC film worldwide.
And yet the highest grossing DC film ain't DCEU, and BP gonna pass that tomorrow or day after.I think we're all forgetting that if you add up the revenue from the first five DCEU movies versus the first five MCU movies you'll find that DC made more, thus confirming that the press is just biased towards Marvel when they say that DC movies are flopping. It's simple numbers.
ManaByte You got all the dudes at /r/marvelstudios going wild. I keep seeing people post all your tweets.
Yeah, I just saw another which is, like, the fourth one. They thirsty for those Infinity War teases. For Infinity War? This is the week when all the press embargoes drop. ET has a video thing tomorrow night and then all of the set visit embargoes drop. The storm begins.

lol, you seriously expected them to not have all the fan favorite stuff to ever return? Sorry, then you were the one with the wrong expectations.
If you had to pull strings to afford a movie ticket, then you might want to save that money.
It was more of my dad owing me $15 but not finding the $2 he was short on.
It's a spoof from BvS. A running meme on 4chan making fun of the Martha scene from the movie.
I wasn't sure that he got it that's all :D
Do you know what day the embargoes lift? For Infinity War? This is the week when all the press embargoes drop. ET has a video thing tomorrow night and then all of the set visit embargoes drop. The storm begins.
How'd you know BP was going to do that well?Brace yourself, friends. We're in the final stretch.
lol I remember when they said there was no way Black Panther would outgross Wonder Woman domestically. Good times.
Ate they about to film a buddy cop comedy action movie or something!?
He's playing a cop on Broadway.Ate they about to film a buddy cop comedy action movie or something!?
LOL @ that Evans cut and stache
WhatIf I didn't know better, I'd swear Evans said nigger with a hard r. Jesus.
I like this post.Number of factors.
First, it's an MCU film. Nothing needs to be said there, except it gets a boost from being associated with other franchises and characters that audiences currently care about and come out in droves to see (Wonder Woman did not have that going for her, even with her good word of mouth). It was the first solo outing for a character that audiences rated as one of the better parts of a much loved film in Civil War.
That character being the first black superhero to get a movie with the budget and marketing push of that scale made it a cultural event akin to what Wonder Woman was, except the marketing for this film was phenomenal; you'll find no articles wondering "where are the Black Panther ads?!" And as if that wasn't enough, black folks were doing a lot of work on the ground to make sure people knew this movie was coming, and to get them into the theaters; school's raised money to take children, communities bought tickets for entire showings, church groups full of elderly folks who don't give a damn about comic movies made plans to go together, and so on. Kendrick Lamar and TDE put out a (damned good) soundtrack for the movie. Social media was packed with niggas talking about what traditional and other clothing they'd be wearing for their viewings. The Infinity War trailer highlighted T'Challa and Wakanda, and this film is the last movie leading into that, an obvious event the likes of which Hollywood has likely never seen.
And all of this, before impressions got out and confirmed that Coogler and Marvel Studios had, once again, proven themselves incapable of missing. Before many praised what was obviously a brilliant cast, and stated that Marvel might've done their best work yet with Black Panther.
There was just entirely too much to like about this movie from day one, and I had absolutely no problem telling everybody I believed with all my heart it would crack a billion and hit really hard, especially in America and Africa.
Those conservative estimates for opening weekend were always smelly, because I knew they weren't accounting for the black folks who would be showing up in theaters on opening weekend who don't bother with preordering tickets. I knew to expect a great opening, but I realized just how historic the shit would be one week before release, when I flew home to Alabama to bury one of my aunts. I had a lot of conversations with elder aunts and uncles and older cousins who were extremely excited to see the movie the following week. Those estimates just couldn't account for that, but those of us with our eyes and ears open in our communities knew the deal.
He does look kind of rednecky. The above picture.
The revelation that he's actually playing a cop makes all the sense in the world.
I don't like your tone with this post
I'm surprised at how little actual footage we've seen from Infinity War. It's pretty cool.
No it's not. It's not cool.
WHERE'S THE DAMN TRAILER. I JUST WANT ONE MORE TRAILER. AHFOEUSGHODGOAfpjqw3r0209rjefow
