Feige said we're going to be seeing a lot more of Shuri in the future.

Yes please. Particularly hoping she gets abit of screentime with the other brains in Avengers 3 and 4.

There's too much talk about the MCU and the Avengers and people that aren't obscure Spider-Man antagonists.

I don't know how reliable The Hashtag Show (I feel like it isn't), but they claim Sony is moving ahead on a film about Nightwatch, directed by Spike Lee, written by Cheo Hodari Coker.

I had a dream last night that Marvel released the trailer by saying: "And now, the new Avengers trailer. They're losing."

I'm starting to get the feeling Marvel had no idea how popular Black Panther would be :p
Marvel does not the merchendise. Companys make these designs and if Disney deals it like they do with Star Wars Merchendise, they have final say over stuff like this. I had a friend working at the PR department of Electronic Arts Germany and the told me a bit how the Marketing is under control of Disney when it comes to Star Wars and I expect it to be the same with this property.

Yep it is clear from the merchandise that marvel made a mistake with the BP and Wakanda angle
Maybe not . Gotta see the movie first

It's why Widow and Witch rarely got merch back in AoU
People give Marvel always a lot of shit for that, but its not like anyone can force the companys to do something with the licence.
I also try to not be to vocal with this, because I dont want to tell to much people about the stuff my friend told me privatly. But I think burried in this thread its fine :D

My work colleague just came back from a disney presentation of their upcoming slate. She said they hinted the new trailer will come next week. :|

Please Marvel... Have mercy on us...

They're not reliable at all. They make things up.

They source the Hashtag Show, but yeah... Usually the Hollywood Reporter doesn't run made up rumors.

Thor overall, and the Guardians circa 2008 have the best books. Most Doctor Strange books are pretty decent. Black Panther ebbs and flows, but his highs are super high.

The Vision's last solo run was great.

Spider-Man's got an oversaturation problem.

Amazing Spider-Man
Spectacular Spider-Man
Sensational Spider-Man
Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
Web of Spider-Man
Spider-Man
Spider-Man: Peter Parker
Avenging Spider-Man
Superior Spider-Man
Spider-Man Unlimited

I'm sure I'm missing like 20 other series. And those are just the Peter Parker books - nevermind the spin-offs for other Spider-People. Sometimes you got like 3, 4, 5 Spider books coming out monthly and the quality is spotty. I'm not gonna recommend all that.

This is a pointless debate to have. Everyone of these characters had their GOAT runs. Its like debatting if Casablanca, The Godfather or Alien is the best movie ever. Everything is amazing in its own way.

I don't know if this is a common opinion but for anyone looking to get into Doctor Strange do not read Season One. I found it unintelligible, and it's supposed to be like a starting point

I'd also like to give a shout-out to Duggan's run on Guardians. It's no Abnett/Lanning, but Duggan's run is probably the next best thing.
