Oh, so the Wyoming thing is about the next Ye album's recording sessions like when he flew out everyone to Hawaii for MBDTF? Thought it was about a festival there and ignored the news, lol. Hmm, kinda curious where the sound will go this time, but I'm sadly not as excited for new Ye music anymore these days.

Wow, this X album is not good, and doubles down on his "woe is me" routine when he assaulted his girlfriend.

EDIT: "I don't even speak spanish lol" is the "Fuck Love" of this album: both the best song on the album and the song least attributable to X.
It's not quite as bad as 17, but it's pretty terrible. 'I don't even speak spanish lol' is solid, and 'Sad!', while horrific lyrically, is a catchy song

Ha ha ha ha I'm not doing well job wise l.

Shit sucks
Unemployment? More like, funemployment!

I unfortunately can't offer any advice considering I'm about to be in the same situation, but all I can say is that it shouldn't get you down. If you start taking that shit personally, all it does is trap you in a shitty spiral of self-loathing and self-doubt. Other than that, I'm a firm believer in the platitude "good things happen to good people" and I think you're a good dude who deserves good things.

And if all else fails, make a blood sacrifice to Radiohead to make them forgive your heresy.

By Design with 3 Stacks

Yea that song is pretty good, one of my favorites from that album.

Who am I? Who am I? Don't remind me
Too alive, too alive, new arriving
You were right, I was left in it before
To the light, to the light, I am Carol Anne
Parallel to paradise
I reach out for my lifeline
The angels laugh in paradise
They say I am my own lifeline, look in you
To the night, to the night I'm abandoned
To deny, to deny, what a sandpit
Couldn't I, couldn't I have an angel?
To the light, to the light, I am Carol Anne

Been a minute, hope everyone's doing well. Cranked out a video during my little break based on damn using clips from End of Evangelion. I've wanted to highlight the vocals scattered across the album for a while now but didn't know how to until the idea came to me a few days before an exam for summer school.

Check it out: https://vimeo.com/258573876

Just read the meek rolling stone article, the judge is fucked up and hopefully is arrested. He did really good numbers wise for someone in and out of prison / house arrest.

I can't believe meek would rather serve time and lose millions just to not 'snitch' on the judge.

That meek mill RS article is something. Dude needs a legal team to match his PR team.

Sorry, but I just cannot summon empathy for a multimillionaire who violated his probation multiple times in super fucking dumb ways, corrupt judge or not. The article mentions him passing off water as piss in a parenthetical as if that wouldn't get any normal motherfucker thrown in jail in a second after they violated several times, and makes no mention that he LEFT THE FUCKING COUNTRY WITHOUT NOTICE WHILE ON PROBATION. Yeah, the system is fucked, but I don't really feel bad for a guy who has the resources to fight it and chooses not to because "snitching" (LOL YA MEEK THE STREETS ARE GONNA SHUN YA IF YOU SNITCH ON A DIRTY FUCKING JUDGE SURE BUDDY) while thousands of other broke motherfuckers are subject to the same fucked-up system and actors and are completely powerless to fight it in any way.

And the way they frame the dirt bike thing is fucking embarrassing to both the writer and Meek. "He made some unwise choices involving dirt bikes and drugs, but if those are disqualifying offenses these days, then which rap star would escape hanging?" Oh I dunno, I guess literally every rapper on earth who was paroled and managed to resist the overwhelming hypnotic allure of......... dirt bikes?

This is basically what I'm at too.

Meek Mill, and his history of doing dumb shit that could have been reasonably avoided and is less about the structures that promote recidivism, is the wrong poster child for pushing for criminal justice reform. I mean, if it works it works and I'll be here for all that, but man, Meek fucked up SO many times with SO many apology tours in the press on how he's not gonna do this and that anymore. It's damn hard for me to conjure up sympathy even if all this looms from a case from when he was a minor.

Also the article playing off him failing a piss test because he got 'addicted to vicodin' after he got his fucking wisdom teeth out would be offensive if it weren't so dumb. Come the fuck on

OH SHIT

feels like Uzi's been quiet for a while since LIR2 dropped
Uzi's been in the news for ditching concerts. He's missed two or three shows as of late, including my college's spring show. He was booked for a performance here in March and then the event "mysteriously" got cancelled. So, Uzi's either acting like a bum for no reason or he's coming off of Xans. Either way, Uzi's been getting bad press.
