Is Kalimba free some where? On my idle dim screen saver it said it was supposed to be free. However, for my region it is not.

Seeing Split/Second at it's regular price still on https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/...77fe-1000-9115-d802425607e7?DownloadType=Game nor is it linked from the Games with Gold page https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/games-with-gold. This may be the first time I've seen a GwG title miss the deadline.
Yeah looks like Split/Second is still borked.
Even on Console the game doesnt show up in the membership section.
The old X360 game is gone but the new one hasnt replaced it.
Is Split/Second showing up for people on X360 atleast?
That's happened before and the new month fell on a weekend so it took a while to fix. They will probably fix it tomorrow so it doesn't roll over the weekend again
GwG games have been weird these last few months tho, they've all been up much earlier than they usually are

The tile even comes up on 360 and says Coming Soon underneath so this seems intentional?

If anything it's the 360 games that are consistently great.
We got Split Second in February for god's sake. Go look at the list of 360 games given away since inception. It's pretty damn amazing.
It has his exceptions yes, like Split Second, but this is what was in there since I joined in November.
NiGHTS into Dreams - Ok.
Deadfall Adventures - Please, what? Urgh
Child of Eden - Not bad
Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death - Uhm, yeah, Urgh
Tomb Raider Underworld - Was a great game back then, good choice
Army of Two - Ok.
Split/Second - Good choice
Crazy Taxi - Worthless with missing soundtrack
Brave: The Video Game - Urgh
Quantum Conundrum - Urgh Urgh
Its maybe not 90%, but it's close, it's a Hit & miss, miss, miss, miss. They could give us so many cool games from the 360, but most of it is just junk from the 3$ section that nobody wants anyway.

You should actually play Marlow Briggs. It may not be a "big name" but it's the best God of War clone you'll play. It's legit good.
Army of Two, again, it's actually a pretty good game, especially if you play it as intended with another person.
I mean, since the Games have started being given away, we've got Halo 3, Assassins Creed 2/3/4/Revelations, Ground Zeroes, Crackdown, Forza Horizon, Fable 3, Dead Rising 2, Rainbow 6 Vegas, Deadlight, Dust, Street Fighter 4, Halo Reach, Dishonored, The Witcher 2, Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite, Gears Judgment, Gears 3, Crysis 3, Mirror's Edge etc etc. They're all in the OP.
Say what you wil about the Xbox One games overall but man the 360 giveaways have been (on the whole) incredible.
In fairness GwG has been quite shitty since Games Pass I've noticed.
Btw I played through Brave when it released, it's not bad. Very simple/straightforward as you would expect for a children-friendly IP, but the bosses can be a challenge in the hardest difficulty. It's actually perfect for a GwG game, I'm happy I could play it but wouldn't have paid for it.
Same, I actually finished it and I don't finish many games these days.
Sounds like Super Lucky's Tale. It's obviously a kids game, but after a long day of work, it's kind of nice to have a straightforward, less challenging game to play.
