How long is that penalty supposed to go on for the Braves? Didn't it make it almost impossible for them to sign any international players or something?

Don't know if the Astros will win it all again but we're at least a playoff team and will be contenders for years to come.
That penalty didn't do shit to the Braves. a bunch of low level guys, only 1 of them in the top 20 prospects (Maitan). Nobody who was gonna be contributing in the next 3 years
