While The Cartel isn't that good of a game, Gunslinger is fantastic and it's such a shame this got delisted for no particular reason. My assumption is that Ubisoft didn't renew the license but oddly enough Gunslinger is still up on PSN and XBL.

UPDATE: Gunslinger is no longer available on PSN and XBL but it's still up on Amazon for PS3 and uPlay for PC.

Shiiiiiiit. I downloaded the demo for gunslinger a couple of weeks ago, enjoyed it, then added it to my wishlist. Might still be available via Uplay though.

Could also try checking places like GMG and Amazon. They might still have keys, if they had any to begin with.

My Xbox One bros (current and future), don't forget that COJ: Gunslinger is both:

- Amazing
- Available via Backward Compatibility

Don't sleep on this one, it'll be gone for good if they don't relist since it didn't get a physical release.

To any publisher that's planning on delisting a game: Give us a warning.

Christ.

I'm glad that I already own Gunslinger.

Both on Uplay, and both currently on sale at 75% off...

EDIT: Correction, Gunslinger is there, Cartel is not.

I don't think they published the first game, but I'm pretty sure they did publish the second, so that's weird.

The second one still has Ubisoft listed as the publisher, first one is all Techland. It may just be an IP thing, but it would be so weird for them to rescind their rights and basically delete their own games from digital storefronts.

Did Techland not work on these two? Is that why they're being taken down?

I picked up Gunslinger on a whim in the Ubisoft Steam sale a few weeks ago. Damn shame for those who hadn't had a chance to buy it, hopefully it will be brought back.

Shame Techland got so busy with 'Dead Island', I'd love another 'Gunslinger'. I actually day 1'd 'The Cartel' on the strength of it... That was disappointing.

Any reason why it was delisted?

Ubisoft or tech land has rights? Any chance of coming back or should I try getting Cartel off of GMG which has it for $10

The Cartel isnt awful, it was designed as a coop game and it shows if you try to play it on your own.

Someone needs to get in touch with Techland and ask them about the delisting.

I feel like I am one of the two people who enjoyed Cartel. Sure it isn't amazing, but after the hate it got I expected it much worse. The graphics and gunplay were enjoyable.

Gunslinger is unapologetically great though. Hopefully they add the games back after they resolve whatever issues they have.

Definitely get Gunslinger, one of the best FPS games ever made. It is like Red Dead Revolver blended with The Club but as an FPS western game.

I have gunslinger, thankfully; but I always wanted to check out Cartel for whatever reason. Oh well.

Man, I'd been sitting on Gunslinger forever, bought it near release due to the positive impressions. I should go dig into that to take advantage.

Why does this almost always happen without warning? Surely sales would really spike if they told people
