Sorry to go off topic but I wasn't sure where to post this,
so I had god of war preordered on amazon UK for a long time, but I cancelled it a week or so ago because I wanted to buy it digitally instead. I just went to the UK psn store and it's not there anymore, they still have the deluxe edition listed in the preorder section for £52.99 but I don't want that version as that price isn't worth it to me for what I'd get, I remember they had the normal edition for preorder when I checked in the last month and I think it was £44.99 or something like that, but as I said, it's not there anymore. Am I going crazy or is it gone for anyone else as well? the american psn store still has both editions on the store.......oh and I even checked the website version and did a search there for it and a search by name on the ps4 store and couldn't find it.
It seems weird to me they'd remove it from the store so close to launch and while I am sure it's not the case (because it'd be a dumb thing to do) I can't help but think that maybe they removed the normal edition quietly right now to drive up numbers of people who just buy the more expensive digital version instead as it's the only choice right now.

Kind of off-topic, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to transfer profiles and game stuff between PS4 and PS4Pro. I think with Xbox it saves it all on your GT, but does PSN do the same thing? Is there some kind of back up I need to do before hand? I'm getting the GOWPS4Pro and want to be able to play immediately upon arrival.
Probably because performance mode is going to be a fluctuating frame rate that never gets close to maintaining 60 fps.
Ps4 has a build in data transfer function. But you will need an ethernet cable and a lot of time (if you have lots of games instaled ofc)
So trading in a PS4 for the new Pro is pretty much out of the question then. That kind of sucks, I mostly just want to keep my PSN ID, which I think I can just login right? If not whatever, I'll start from scratch then. I mostly just care about my digital downloaded games throughout the years.

With psn you just need to log in
You can back up all your games and saves on the external hard drive before trading in your old ps4. Just google a tutorial

That didn't stop them from showing the E3 2016 gameplay, though. Or making all of their previous games unlocked. SSM never really cared about this, so it is weird that we have no footage at all.
I don't think it's that, otherwise it would just say out of stock, and take orders for when additional stock will appear.
Amazon UK is the biggest game retailer in the country, there is no way Sony would allocate them such a pitiful launch stock that they could sell out on preorders three weeks before launch.
I think the listing is just being held until they update it with the Day One Edition SKU instead.
And that pretty much tells us all we need to know about performance mode. As in, it's nowhere near 60 FPS locked. It will be a fluctuating frame rate like he majority of other examples. This is fine by me - I'm not that sensitive to judder so I might use it if it feels fairly smooth. I use it in MHW.

It's inconceivable that Sony can't provide enough units for launch for Amazon.
The listing has also been strange. Yesterday it disappeared entirely. It was the highest preordered game, so you could still get the link, but it led to an error message page. Then it came back, and you could order it again for fifteen minutes, then it was listed as unavailable. This all happened the day after the Day One Edition started getting added to European store databases. So I think the issue relates to that. Who knows though. When it was last up, it was £46.
Most videos don't even play at 60fps, why would they use the worse looking mode for marketing?
No this has been an Amazon UK issue, ended up cancelling my pre-order on there because of it. On top of that, I've heard Amazon UK are total shit when it comes to delivering on release date so fuck that for a laugh. Cherry on top, that 20% promotion on the US for watching that FC5 video means the game will be $48 on US store which is good with me!
Just in terms of sales, Shinobi saying it is being received better than Horizon from what he has heard makes it seem really likely this will be the biggest GOW title released and then some. It's going to be a really big launch for Sony, they are not the same genre but I see GOW pulling Horizon numbers after a year.

That's not going to happen. The majority of devs will always prioritize visuals over 60fps on closed platforms. That's simply never going to change with traditional non-VR titles, no matter how powerful the hardware becomes.
Sorry if this was asked before. Since embargo on reviews is 12 april what embargo on streaming or youtubing the game?
Devs should stop this shit or at least downgrade the game to offer a performance mode.

Yeah, i'm sure that downgrading the resolution or some graphical options for an alternative mode would really destroy the art team.
