I wouldn't have given Guardians a second thought until Gunn turned them into my favorite franchise. As long as they put someone awesome (Taika) behind them, I'm down.
Same here. I have faith in Marvel Studios but I probably won't care too much about this until we start seeing trailers.
Even Guardians is pushing it for me. They're fun movies, but I never have the urge to go back and re-watch them again after my 2nd viewing. I'm just a fan boy of the classic Earth based heroes (and yes, I count Thor as Earth based).
What a bummer. Theyve had what like 6 issues released on the comics side in the last like 25 years? The Inhumans would have been a much better choice for Phase 4. Dont see how they should get an entire movie about them lol, if anything they should get a cameo in one.

I'm just wondering how they'll work if they're toned down (as most MCU characters have been). The Eternals are like, WAY powerful. Sersi's biggest power is matter manipulation, in the sense that she can turn anything into anything else. They'll really have to push the envelope here.

Honestly, it's pretty simple: Eternals (Vol. 1, 1-19); Eternals (Vol. 3, 1-7)
And you can probably skip the first volume, unless you're diehard into Kirby stuff. It's some of his weaker material. Even the Gaiman stuff (Vol. 3) is mostly just okay. They haven't had an important run and rarely show up in the larger Marvel universe.

The Eternals for anyone wondering, have only had 1 mini series since the original Kirby run. They may have had some minor apparences here and there, but the main series was by Neil Gaiman and JRJR and its not even available digitally atm. This doesnt seem very likely unless Marvel starts pushing them hard in the comics.

Wait you didnt hype this up in this thread for a week? I swear I saw you posting about this "leak" on this forum. Not trying to "back-seat mod" lol but wasnt there rules setup when this site first launched regarding this very thing. Having this Eternals reveal already denied and the Batman rumor before it, I dont know how you think its ok to post this stuff, save it for Reddit.
