I don't understand why the Switch pro controller is so expensive. £60 is outrageous, but I want one so bad for Mario :'(

Because they decided to cram motion, NFC and HD Rumble in there. I'd rather at the very least have to get up to use the Amiibo rather than have the cost on the controller.

I can't decide if I want to eat the cost and pull the trigger, or just use the standard controller that comes with the Switch.

Even for my small hands it feels too flimsy most of the time.

It's a shame PCgamesupply doesn't sell EU PSN codes.
I've been using their $10 for $7 deals to top off my US account but I wish there was something like that for EU which is my main account.

I played Mario with both, and I prefer loose joy cons (for mario in particular), especially if you want to use the motion gesture, which you rarely do or need anyway.

The time has come, how soon for XB1 deals, Black Friday?

It's already started mate, You can get an XB1S with AC, COD WW2 and some smaller games for around £200, give or take (depending on the other games). Great value if you want both the popular games. Not sure how much better the deals will get in a couple of weeks but there's some good value deals in the wild already...

Last year they also had an extra 20% on Warehouse deals at amazon. That's how some users got a PS4 rather cheap.

With both Prime Day and Black Friday it's become increasingly apparent that that Warehouse discount is where you can find a real bargain, yeah; already bought a fair bit from there.

Never heard of these but posting from HUKD - studio.co.uk has PS4 Persona 5 for £24.99. Shipping is apparently £5.99 but free for new customers. Probably worth doing a little research first to check they're legit

Studio are a catalogue like very or littlewoods etc, they have been around for years and years, I remember my mum buying hampers from them in the 90's and you usually see them advertised on TV here every xmas time, save now for next years christmas etc

Worth noting that if you do want to get around the currency transaction fee, look into an app called Revolut. It's an app th a free virtual Mastercard to top up and no conversion fees.

Is there an equivalent to this that works in Mexico? Seems that they have the best prices for a number of games but Revolut doesn't seem to work there.

I don't know if this is the actual price but Amazon UK have dropped the price for Okami HD on PS4 and Xbox from £19.99 to £15.

Is there a good price for Skyrim Switch around yet? Ideally looking for as below £40 as possible. :)

The South African eshop store has it for £37-ish. You need to swap your region on the nintendo account page(you can swap it back to the UK after) and then you can just use your normal uk card to pay.

Thanks, I'll probably do that if I can't find it cheaper as a physical. :)

That sounds good to me!

I've already 100%d the thing on WiiiU ( It's probably my GOAT).

But now I have a Switch I want to replay it and confirm if indeed it is GOAT + play the DLC of course.

Dumb question but would the digital version of the game ever drop? I got a 128gb SD card for my switch and want some digital games on it
