Oh shit
Staying strong and avoid the spoilers.
But talk of spoilers makes me wonder, how much of the flow of the film have we actually seen?
Like from the trailers and clips we can piece together the film ourselves - but how much of an accurate representation is that? How much content from the second half have we actually seen? Are the trailers all first half or at least the first two thirds?
Generally I'd say yeah, stuff we seen is all early-mid but the only thing that has me curious is the Wakanda battle. I hope that isn't the big climax, don't get me wrong it looks great and Wakanda is great but they've shown it in trailers and it lacks a lot of key players too. Hope there's a perpendicular climax alongside that.
They should start fucking with people and pick the Silver Surfer or Adam Warlock as their next profile pic.I like how the Russos keep making random fanart their profile picture.
From the box office thread.BREAKING: A verified industry insider EmpireCity on the BoxOfficeTheory Forums just posted that Infinity War is pretty close to locked to breaking The Force Awakens' opening weekend.

Dammit didn't see your post.I pulled this reference over from this week's Box Office thread but apparently there is a verified industry insider over at Box Office Theory that is saying Infinity War is almost a lock to break The Force Awakens OW record:

I'm not sure how credible this person it but I thought it was worth sharing in here.
Careful, there's one out there that's very fake that Reddit mods are trying to push as true for some bizarre reason.
Hmm the one I read lines up pretty well with the trailers and the other 20 minutes shown.
The fake one that the Reddit mods were pushing with a stickied post was debunked by the TV spot this weekend.
It (and the spoiler that debunked the Reddit plot) was discussed in this thread:

The Reddit plot claimed Thanos got the Soul Stone in Wakanda, the TV spot confirms he has it when he gets there and just needs the Mind Stone.
Ah that's not the one I read.
One I read says it opens up with Thanos attacking the Nova Corp for the power stone. He wipes the floor with them, takes the stone and destroys the planet with it. Jump to the end of Ragnarock, Thanos attacking Thor's ship. Valkyrie and others help get survivors out, Thor, loki, and Hulk fight Thanos and the black order. Loki begs Thanos to spare Thor in exchange for the space stone. Thanos complies, but kills Loki and makes Thor watch. Thanos throws Thor through space, opens a portal to earth and tells hulk to tell them he's coming before throwing him through it.
Yea that one is right, but missing some big details. It's close enough. That one is being downvoted as fake on Reddit, which is hilarious. They have their own head canon there.
I left out some details and am sure I'm forgetting something about it. That is hilarious they say it's fske though, as it lines up perfectly with everything we've seen officially.
Nooooo why did I read this!!!!!!Ah that's not the one I read.

Reddit's head canon is hilarious. They thought BP would be about BP protecting Bucky and Killmonger attacking him over that.
It's still bloated, but yeah, it's the best season of any Marvel show.
For real.
Watching Civil War now and we see Wanda's bedroom. I actually wish we could see more of this situation. I assume Vision lives there too but does Cap? He mentioned in AoU that he wasn't sure he could afford to live in Brooklyn. Do they get paid? Does Tony pay them? These are the things I think about.
I just realized something and I'm sure this has been asked. In Civil War, Black Panther is super fast when chasing Bucky-but his father just died. I assume he had not taken the Heart Shaped Herb yet? Then how was he so fast? His suit?
What. I watched through episode 6 or 7 and am having a hard time even continuing. I'll finish it, but I can't think of this season as anything other than poor at best right now. That hackneyed revelation around episode 6 really hurt the show for me.It's still bloated, but yeah, it's the best season of any Marvel show.

He was already Black Panther. I assume his father passed the mantle of Panther to him when he became too old to do it.
