Sure, but the movie was a product of it's time too... it has a Friends star, a Party of Five star, a Crystal Method song over the credits, a pre-Episode I CGI creature and a pre-Matrix prototype of the bullet time effect.I remember both, but the original was a product of its time, not sure how to update the cheesiness if it to modern times. The movie did a good job doing it at its beginning (first half) that only the plot was dumb and ending was terrible (specially the spider thing).
Next, The Time Tunnel, please.
I beg your pardon but the movie was not rubbish my good sirThe series was forever ago and the movie was rubbish so it's probably about time to try again.
SPIIIIDAHS
wtf is this?
I saw the film in theaters with my brother. Surely this can't be any worse...
Yes it was.
Surprised there's no hype for this.
We're quite excited over here, my wife is a huge fan of LiS. Her and her dad used to watch reruns of the old show all the time.
Netflix again bad at advertising their new shows. If its good word of mouth will probably be good enough to get eyeballs though.
I liked AC except the last 3 or so episodes with the sister twist. Other than that it was a solid show.
Really weird how they've stopped marketing their shows.
This doesn't look cheap either, you'd think they'd want it to be a success. Same with Series of Unfortunate Events, had no idea the second season was available until I logged in.
I knew someone who was trying to get a Time Tunnel reboot going years ago and, if memory serves, the rights are a mess. I think The Invaders would go down a storm in this day and age.
A lot of the critics call it boring, not interesting, waste of your time, dull, and mediocre just from the review blurbs lol.https://www.rottentomatoes.com/tv/lost_in_space/s01#contentReviews
Currently 75% Fresh. Not bad. I'll def check it out.
Yes it is.
It was.Whether I give this a chance or not hinges on "Danger will Robinson" being uttered unironically.
The Expanse is good, but for whatever reason I just can't get into it.
They didnt really market Stranger Things that much either. I remember the first season's thread not being as active at first until it started to blow up. The original trailer for that had like a 1 page thread.Really weird how they've stopped marketing their shows.

Watched episode 1, the budget on this thing must be insane. Aside from the great visuals, I wasn't really feeling it. I'll watch 1 or 2 more episodes but if they're all like the first one, I'll probably not finish the season.
Yeah?Wait - you think it looked insane? It was all very confined in one space, few locations (mostly small sets), very few actors... the only thing that was completely blown out of proportions was the animation on the robot. And even that got exchanged for a suit asap.
It's not comparable to something like the first two episodes of Star Trek.
