I got that, but the symbiote seems to be infecting to him and living inside him, versus the comics' depiction of the symbiote as a being living on the outside of Brock.

Eh, viruses spread. From what we can see it's just rolling with him alone like a symbiote would. It's just a function of not wanting to have it on screen at all times or it could be that it's doing what it does in the books, disguising itself as regular clothing.

Maybe I shouldn't hype myself up for crazy twists but they sure are making it seem like it'll have a lot of them.
Yeah, I'm hoping for some crazy ass twists. My favorite shit is when I come out of one of these movies and it feels like I could just spoil a bunch of things because of all the surprises. I remember The Last Jedi spoilers being posted and it being, like, a huge ass sentence. Like if I were to spoil Homecoming, I would probably say that the Vulture is Liz's dad and that's about it.
