Ye is legit one of my heroes, man. He's the artists artist, and there are few that have sway over culture like he does, and codifies the frustrations of being a creative in ways that other creatives really identify, which is why his fanbase and influence is felt so deeply amongst other artists. Y'all know I stan above and beyond the call of duty.
But.. the word of the week is complicit. These past 2 years we know all-too-well the power of misusing platform, privilege, not being cognizant of consequences, normalization, and pretty much every Trump-ism. He's having issues with his mental health, he's out of touch, he's always been this way - whatever it is, I cannot tolerate irresponsibility and actions that contribute to hate and negative outcomes even if they're disguised as love.
